I wish I had better things to say about this experience. The Denny's on Plumb has left a bad taste in me and my family's mouths. When we arrived we were seated at a booth and an extra table had to be brought over for our party of 7. The entire seat on one side of the booth was covered in some sort of crusted leftover sauce from the day before and had to be wiped down. I had to go get paper towels from the restroom to dry the damp seat. Our waitress literally rushed us to order every 2 minutes, and we hadn't even gotten all our drinks yet. The menus were crusted with leftover food as well. My mother informed our waitress that we were there to celebrate her 75th birthday - it seemed to annoy her. The food came quickly and was ok. After our food arrived we never saw our waitress again!? She never came to refill water or coffee, to ask if we needed anything else or to see if we needed to go containers. My cousin and husband had to go to the counter area to gather to go containers. As we were leaving, the manager and a young lady employee got into a brief disagreement pretty loudly in front of us. It was uncomfortable and made the whole experience even worse. We won't return to that Denny's. The one in Sparks is 10x better and more pleasant. This place is a far cry from the Denny's we frequented back in the day. Some businesses never bounced back after COVID. This must be the case here.

The floor manager is awful. He didn’t believe that I can’t have gluten and bickered with the waitress about it. He also gave me my girlfriend’s order because he couldn’t believe that a woman would want to eat a steak. She told him several times that it’s for her and he put it in front of me instead.

Sat down at bar in front of all servers. One finally did acknowledge me, but I was sitting for fifteen minutes without being helped. I left without ordering. The manager on duty was just standing by the expo line like a useless accessory. He could have said hi or helped me but chose to do nothing. For reference he was a middle aged man, darker complexion, no smile on his face.
We were waiting for an hour when it wasn’t even full!!! They kept telling us 5 more minutes and it was never five minutes ever since the old owner left this Dennys hasn’t been the same. A own worker told us to leave because she had been waiting 2 hours for pancakes!!! This is ridiculous and the attitude was not it!!! Last time I came the food was cold smh I can’t speak for other people’s experience but this was mine and my family.

The service was so bad I had to go to the bathroom and fill my glass with water. I was thirsty. I went through the only soda they gave me. The wait staff went to every other table except us. Maybe they didn't realize we spoke Spanish too.
Amazingly bad. Don't go here. At least unless you are Latin. They seemed to get drinks??????

Tried this Denny’s for breakfast while traveling thru. Server (young woman) very nice and polite. Cleanliness ok. Had a slam. Buttermilk pancakes were good and fresh. I made mistake of ordering my eggs scrambled and was clear they had been made much earlier - not hot, dry and rubbery. Sausage - cold. In fairness my wife ordered her eggs over easy and they were fresh and done nicely

I thought I did Denny's!! Oh well. Do we all know what we're gonna get at Denny's right?? The service is usually fast, the food is fairly decent, (don't order the T-bone)!!! Shudders...breakfast is always good, so that's about it. And the debit/credit card machine gives you ridiculous options for tips!! They get 20% in not doing 35%!!!
