We ordered $479.86 worth of food for 35 people in our company. After waiting for 45 minutes at our business we drove to the business only to see it locked with no one there.
Called the catering rep Christine B only for her to say she isn’t at the store and doesn’t know where the food is. Not helpful, not apologetic.
Emailed corporate so we can try to get our money back while we scramble to feed our team.
Ever since the prices jumped up, it's been a completely different place. Food quality should not go down if the prices went up as high as they did! I used to be able to spend $13 on a 1 meat plate and now it's nearly $20! Last 3 times I've come in, they've been out of half the sides and meat options, fountain machine has been out of service, or they were using store bought barbeque sauce! Im just sad my fav bbq place went south. :(

Worst bbq I've ever eaten. The ribs were over done, turkey dry. Asked for no bbq sauce but they put sweet sauce on them. Coleslaw was excellent though. Coleslaw shouldn't be the best thing in a $50 bbq dinner. I've eaten here before and it was good. Maybe that's why at 5:30 pm I was their only customer. Don't eat at plumb ln.

Great place to have barbecue I'm a little disappointed they didn't have any ribs ready, and the only choices of beverages they had was Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, sweet and unsweetened Tea, and of course water. I guess I came on the wrong day, but the other options and choices they had are great alternative.

This place was way better 10-15 years ago. Management definitely changed. The food is ok, nothing to brag about. The service and facilities are horrible. Been there a few time in the past couple years and there is never a person at the counter but you can hear them talking and laughing in the back. They're always out of some of the foods. The restroom was filthy, trash was overflowing and had no soap in dispenser. Not a very good experience the last couple times I've been there.

EDIT TO ADD - Customer service still sucks!! They respond asking me to contact them and then never replied to my email!!! What a joke!! Also filing a BBB complaint now!!
NEVER AGAIN!!! Missing half our order, bread not cooked, no napkins or utensils, etc. called store immediately upon delivery and some punk kid said "not my problem but you can come pick it up!" I said excuse me and I want a refund as I am NOT driving all the way across town for something that should have been delivered. I again asked for a refund and he hung up on me!!! I've called the store 8 times since and they won't answer and I've filed two complaints with Corporate and of course no response!!! My bank says I have to wait 10 days to dispute but if the store has not contacted me back or refunded you better believe you are getting a charge back!! UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!! You lost our business!!!

I wanted to try a different place. We usually go to Dave’s. Ordering was good. Girl on phone was polite and she knew what she was talking about. I figured it’ll be great. NOT!! I’m sorry I didn’t take pictures. We ordered the XL PACK. The ribs were dry. There was almost no sauce on them. It seemed maybe from the day before? I ordered half a slab extra all the pieces were not just dry but burnt. The brisket was so dry that it crumbled. The sausage was the only meat that was maybe a little better(not by much). The sides had no flavor and were cold. Overall I will never come back to this place. I paid $120 for this deal. Please when going to a new place check out the reviews. If I would’ve done this I would’ve never ordered from here.
Bland meats and sides. Too many better options in Reno now to be mediocre. Would love to taste some smoke on my “pit smoked” meats. Brisket not only bland but dry.
