AVOID! Ordered through DoorDash, food was ice cold. Order was entirely wrong and didn’t include items paid for. Quality of barbecue was low, with heavy fat. All containers had Mac and cheese sauce on the outside, which was a mess. Just finished meal five minutes ago and my stomach is already churning. Horrible. So many regrets

Dickey's in one of the few places in town that serve BBQ. My favorite is the babyback ribs. Love the flavorful BBQ sauce used after slow roasting a rack. Staff is very friendly. The restaurant is clean but has limited seating. I imagine this place fills up fast weekday evenings and all weekend long. I bought Brisket for my roommate, and he loved it. It's a bit spendy for BBQ, in my opinion, but the food quality is worth the extra.
I wasn't to happy with Dickies this time. I ordered a loaded baked potato and first the girl came out and told me they didn't have any green onions, okay no problem, a couple of minutes later she came out and said they didn't have any baked potatoes, so what I got instead was a very big container of the potato casserole, it wasn't great

Horrible experience indeed - no match for Rock Springs, WY, Vacaville or Sacramento locations. Food is over-salted; Dickey's ignores my notes "NO SALT, please". The fries are room-temperature cold. Missed my drinks (beverage, two cups of Coke). Called the store two times asking to fix the order (at 6:34 and 6:56). The manager is out of reach and unwilling to fix the order.UberEats not only did not refund the missing drinks, they let the delivery driver Bernique keep the tip.Bernique managed to report the delivery without obtaining the PIN code: dishonest behavior.I have lost no less than seven dollars on this order - the drinks and three dollar tip (not counting the barely-edible potato fries.)Sunday, February 4, approximately 4:11 pm

Total disappointment..first..there is no brisket on the "brisket chili cheese fries" ...so don't waist your money..all the food was soo just blah..paper has more flavor...the staff was more enough..but I went there for the food and wish o hadnt..Panda Express is right next door and next time I'll be going there instead..

This was a delivery. I’m a Texan and love barbecue, but this was very disappointing. Somewhat dry, no real BBQ flavor. I ate a little of the chopped brisket and sausage, gave my dog some of the pork, and threw the rest away. The beans were hard, not cooked enough and green beans flavorless. There was no Texas toast, just some kind of small, hard roll. The fried okra was decent but not the best. If you want good BBQ go to BJ’s. Unfortunately no way to get a delivery from them.

But the green beans were very salty. And, as I ate my meal, the paper was coming apart from the food liner on the tray. Hopefully, I didn't ingest any of it.The worst thing was when I opened the cabbage slaw container, & there was a white plastic & metal twist tie right on top! What the heck?!I showed it to the counter person & she offered to get me another one; definitely not! I asked for the loaded baked potato casserole, which was good.I'm not going to spend my money at an establishment that has workers who are careless in food preparation.

This was an Uber Eats delivery from this location. Staying at the nearby Aloft-Reno, I ordered a 2-meat sampler for dinner and, overall, was pleasantly surprised. Read on for details. So...two meat sampler with two sides. For the meat: sliced beef brisket and chicken. Sides: beans and chili (for an extra dollar.) What didn't come: utensils. The brisket was a winner: thick slab, moist, beefy and smokey; definitely a better-than-average brisket. No sauce was required. The chicken was dry and flavorless; who let this out of the restaurant. Shame. Beans: these were excellent; just straightforward beans with a touch of heat and no discernible added salt or sugar. Thank you for not sugaring or pre-salting my food. Chili: also excellent and, again, not salted! Just chili, beef and a bit of heat. Next time: brisket, the same sides and maybe the sausage.

When i first walked in, it took 5-7 minutes to be greeted by the staff. The associate said she would be right with me. It took about 15 minutes of waiting to place my order. I came in specially for a loaded baker, but unfortunately they were not available. The food was decent, but the brisket was way overcooked. The crust on it was black and it was very dry. The pulled pork was cooked well, but unfortunately there was a piece of plastic in it (what looked like Saran Wrap). The restaurant was overall clean and easy to navigate, but probably won't be returning due to the quality of the food.
