I ordered my pizza on the app at 5:01pm with an estimated delivery time of 18 to 29 minutes! When 5:30 came I called the store to see if there was an issue and was told they only have 2 drivers and the pizza should be on the way soon. 6:00 my pizzas were delivered If I had known it was going to take an hour for the pizzas to be delivered I would have picked it up and actually would have got to eat a fresh pizza not one that was sitting after being cooked for 45 minutes! This sucks because this isn’t normal but this was totally unacceptable!

i ordered at about 6:30 and said a hour or so and i’m writing this review at 8:30 the person just did not show up i’m furious this is the 3rd dominos that fails helping me today and the girl that took my order heard me clearly

They never get orders out on time according to the app and every time i order pizza with regular sauce the pizza is always dry, every time i order pizza with extra sauce its just DRENCHED in sauce and almost inedible. Have had pizzas burnt from here too, and usually customer service is terrible and not friendly at all, feels like everybody hates their job here

I got there at 10:30 am when they opened. Dough was already made and had sauce on it. Person making my pizza didn't wear gloves while making my pizza and handling toppings while my pizza was cooking. Needles to say, it made me sick. Will never go there again.

Just went in to grab 2 of their $6.99 specials and while I was waiting for my pizza the.Employee at the counter came Out from behind the counter to ask me if I'd like anything to drink while I was waiting. I thought that was very nice and very customer oriented

Very poor service, every time we tried ordering pizza online but they are having some kind of error and unable to place order. They are showing its open till 12am and still not accepting the order around 9.55pm, which is not good. Hopefully after this review we can expect some improvements from dominos.
We love these guys. We always order delivery, and they are very fast and fresh. Good people.

Now this is what Dominos should taste like. Best pizza we've had in a while. We definitely recommend this Reno Dominos. Just DON'T go to the Carson Dominos because they are terrible.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta but there was only 3 tiny piece of chicken no bigger than a quarter!! I wanted chicken woth my chicken pasta but that didn't happen!! What a waste of money and lunch time!!

I ordered delivery and paid for it with a debit card and usually they ring your doorbell and hand you a paper to sign but now I guess it’s a choice and because I don’t think I tipped the guy he left my pizza out on the doorstep which wasn’t even my actual doorstep because there’s two doors to my apartment. Somebody could’ve stole my pizza. Nonetheless, it was cold. This place is increasingly losing my respect as I order from them often and I just can’t seem to get a break with them. they’re alwaysconsistently either missing an item on my pizza not giving me my extra sauce or leaving my pizza on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell. They text you beware

I am a long-time customer and it was my favorite pizza, two weeks ago my son, every Friday he orders Parmesan bread bites, they were the best!! He doesn't want to order them anymore, now they are different, he doesn't like them, I miss the previous manager.
