Ordered a Medium Pilly Cheesesteak Pizza and received a complete abomination of a creation! The meat portioning was almost nowhere to be found and had numerous burnt sections. I gave one slice a chance and it tasted absolutely disgusting!

Their time estimate for online orders is always wrong recently. Last two orders have been ~1hr when original estimate is 15 minutes. In store they seem very understaffed and behind. I’ll start ordering from another dominoes location further away but will still be faster

Whoever is working the phones needs help, I called when I realized the driver vanished from the tracker at my complex the guy said he had just left and would be arriving I mentioned my apartment number again for clarification and he said he’d text the driver. No attempt was made as I still waited over an hour and the same driver who was listed to deliver said they couldn’t enter so I waited over an hour with no additional call or cancellation until I called them and asked to cancel my own order.

I have been ordering pizzas from this store for the past 3 years. Never had a bad feeling..pizza came out always great and food was hot and tasty. Today I ordered 1 large 5 topping pizza and there is no cheese at all. Felt like eating a cooked dough.. not worth the purchase :(

Pizzas were ok, it was the fact that Domino's does not have flavored boneless wings... every other restaurant does except for them is VERY disappointing. They had sooooo many people in the kitchen that they were like bumbling fools some just standing around, others bumping into each other... it was chaos to see. Our pizzas were ready, cut, and packed and sat on a pile waiting to be shelved for 15 minutes before it was shelved to be called out to us, while we sat in the lobby, we saw everything unfold.

Wow!! BEST customer service I have had anywhere in a LONG time! The whole team here is absolutely amazing! I needed to do an online order for a future delivery for June 6th. I was hoping to get delivery for my son for a surprise for him and his friends for a 5th grade graduation party (going into middle school) for a 2:45pm time slot. On the website it wouldn’t allow me to place an order for a time slot before 6:45pm. So I called the location and Austin answered the phone. He was so happy, kind, and helpful! He asked his manager Starry if they could do anything and she told me to place the order and then give them a call and they would adjust the time slot on their end. So I placed the order and then gave them a call back. Starry remembered me immediately and fixed it. On the morning of June 6th I figured I would give a call to double check (just in case) and Annabelle answered the phone. She IMMEDIATELY knew just who I was and was SO SWEET and wished my son and his friends “Congratulations” and “the best summer ever!” We got lucky and Austin ended up being our delivery guy! He delivered at 2:44pm ON THE DOT with a huge smile and extra plates and napkins in case I didn’t have any! Shoutout to Tiffany who made DELICIOUS pizzas!! This was the absolute BEST service and you guys MADE OUR DAY!!!! The boys were so excited!!! Thank you so much!!!!!! You’re awesome!!!!

Just ordered 2 pan pizzas for delivery. Awful. Tasted nothing like the pan I have ordered from other locations. It's almost like they barely cooked it. Oh, and delivery took forever. Avoid this location if you can
I ordered my pizza on the app at 5:01pm with an estimated delivery time of 18 to 29 minutes! When 5:30 came I called the store to see if there was an issue and was told they only have 2 drivers and the pizza should be on the way soon. 6:00 my pizzas were delivered If I had known it was going to take an hour for the pizzas to be delivered I would have picked it up and actually would have got to eat a fresh pizza not one that was sitting after being cooked for 45 minutes! This sucks because this isn’t normal but this was totally unacceptable!

i ordered at about 6:30 and said a hour or so and i’m writing this review at 8:30 the person just did not show up i’m furious this is the 3rd dominos that fails helping me today and the girl that took my order heard me clearly

They never get orders out on time according to the app and every time i order pizza with regular sauce the pizza is always dry, every time i order pizza with extra sauce its just DRENCHED in sauce and almost inedible. Have had pizzas burnt from here too, and usually customer service is terrible and not friendly at all, feels like everybody hates their job here
