Ordered Pizza Sunday night after Thanksgiving. Order 1 Jalp & Pineapple. Came out fine. Order 1 alfredo sauce, chicken and onion pizza. Once I got home, I realized the second one was tomato sauce, jalp and onion. Lady on the phone wasn't the friendliest and wanted the original pizza back. How hard is it to look at what was on the screen and put that together?

I ordered a pizza half pepperoni with regular sauce and half chicken bacon ranch the pepperoni side was covered in ranch sauce. They inform me later that’s it’s their fault and there is nothing they can do to fix my order and later they tell me they can put two different sauces on a pizza. I won’t be ordering there ever again

Don't order online! I was charged 3 times for my order. I usually cook but decided I would order in.. now I'm out 50$, my grocery money, and hungry but I'm not getting any calls back. They just said wait 5 days & good luck lol. I don't complain ever but shit, lesson learned don't order from Dominos.

I've only ordered from this Reno location once, but the service was great. The pizza was a special order and they nailed it, it was on time, and the staff was very friendly.

We always order at this location. The pizza is always hot and fresh, exactly as ordered. The crust perfectly crispy, and the toppings generous and flavorful. What really impress me is how quick my order is prepared - even faster than the estimated time. The team is always friendly and gives you a welcome feeling.
Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Ordered ahead , got there , they said they were way behind. It would be 25 more minutes. 45 minutes later pizza finally came out of oven. Pizzas were very bubbly. They said they wanted to remake. I said no way I am not waiting another 45 minutes. People came in after me ordered and got their pizza while I was still waiting. Worst domino's experience I have had.

I frequent this location about once or twice a week and never once had an issue. The staff and crew are stellar. I went to the Longly Ln location once and regretted it dearly. The Plumb location is always your best bet
