Deliver driver banged on door hard like police. Remade knots where sad came late. 2 yr old was hungry. Knots were different sizes and pizza was cut weird. Will not order from them again but what I got I could have made at home and it would have came out better than what they made. Never again. My son was hunger then went to sleep thanks to the rude ignorant driver who woke him up. Stop half asking your food then expect people to pay for bullshit.

I normally drive to the longley location and pick up my pizza, but for once i ordered from home.
We got two hand-tossed pizzas both well-done. And this is… raw pizza??? i would careless if it wasn't well-done and was just cooked normal; but this is RAW. It’s also not a difficult pizza; it’s just cheese and pepperoni. Normally idc what the driver does- i get it, no one is payed enough for what we all do. But to watch my driver sit still for 20 minutes and then receive room temp raw pizza..? now i care.

Possibly the best Domino’s location in Reno. This team is always great when it comes to customer service and making sure your order is right. They even upgraded my reward pizza to a large once. Shoutout to y’all!
I order from here all the time, both as carry out and delivery when I've had a few and can't drive.
The food is good, prices are fair, and I try and tip the drivers when I can. There's only been a few times where I didn't get something with my order, but the store was willing to take care of it for me.
I just paid for two cold pizzas to he delivered which I can clearly see from the tracking was sitting around for over an hour what a joke

I grew up with Domino's and I don't understand what happened to this company. I ordered 14" Large pizza with 3 toppings to take out. Pizza was very dry with hardly any cheese on it. $16.23 just to eat dry dough. They lost my business..

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and wings delivered. Juan the driver made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as he was lecturing me how dominos doesn’t pay him enough so much so that I felt implied to apologize and say I’ll pay in cash next time. Proceeded to start handing me the wrong order because was so disheveled by explaining himself (in which btw I didn’t ask. I just went to get my food from him and said thank you) he said all pizza places run their business this way as he was decked out in dominos gear so it didn’t make any sense to me why he was even telling me. Maybe he was hoping I’d give him some extra money in cash. Should probably change jobs if you’re unhappy with what you do instead of harassing a young woman about it. On top of that I found hair in 1 pizzas and the wings didn’t come in the flavor I ordered. Was obviously more bothered by how uncomfortable I felt by the delivery driver. No one should have to feel that way especially alone.

I ordered a simple pizza and just as Domino's order tracker but it's telling me that my pizza should be delivered, I got a call from the store telling me that they didn't have enough drivers to deliver their pizzas this is unexcusable

Standard Dominos- decent pizza for a decent price. I was disappointed to find that the NY style crust is basically identical to the usual hand tossed style. I lived in NYC for years... this is definitely NOT what I'd call NY style. 3.5 stars.
