This is my last time ever ordering from Dominos. It used to be you could order a pizza, get free delivery, and it showed up within 30 minutes. Now-a-days, you're LUCKY to get it in under an hour and they charge $6 for delivery. That's just plain greed.
This is aimed at Dominos corporate more than this location. I've had several pizzas from here and they've all been pretty good. But delivery times are always VERY long and tonight was the last straw when it took 70 minutes from order to delivery. I'm just done with them.

today 11/6/25 I went into dominos for three pizzas. After waiting about thirty minutes I went up to the front desk to ask about our pizzas, the guy at the front told me it would be 5-10 minutes, so I patiently waited and after about thirty more minutes had passed I went back up and asked about our pizza again, they told me that it would be 10 or so minutes once again. After an hour and a half from my original arrival there they finally gave me the three pizzas I ordered and one of them was ice cold, it had been sitting on the counter for the entire time we had been there. I went back in to let them know that I couldn’t accept a pizza that was ice cold. The lady with blue hair at the front gave me allot of attitude and it quote “wasn’t their fault” She was incredibly rude when we asked about our food going as far as ignoring me when I went up to ask. They also took our name off of the order tv,it said it was completed when they didn’t even have the first pizza. I tried to be nice through everything because I was told night shift did not show up. Multiple people were helped and served before us even though we had ordered an hour before them. I don’t think that almost two hours is acceptable for a cheese pizza. i will not be returning to dominos in stead, and I recommend you don’t either.

By far the worst people to deal with can't think for themselves or follow delivery instructions and instead of fixing an order the cancel the order and tell me to contact door dash fire the whole crew if you want me to order again from this location

Used to come here once or twice a week. I ordered delivery on July 10th and the app said the food was delivered. I went outside and didn't see anything. Called the store and the guy I spoke with just gave me an answer to get me off the phone, saying their system was down. I call back 15 minutes later with no pizza still, and get put on hold for about 10 minutes until the call dropped. I called back again and they said they spoke with the driver and the driver insisted that my food was delivered. Well, turns out my neighbor just came over with a pizza on her porch. Her address ends with 10, mine with 00. Dominos read back my address to me to confirm it was correct, which it was. So to the driver that insisted it was delivered, she was correct but it was the wrong address. They told me that because their driver said it was delivered that their hands were tied. All over an order that came out to $11. I won't be back.

They'll put you on hold several times, or put the phone on the counter and talk shit about you thinking you don't understand spanish. An hour later they'll redeliver what they forgot like it was your fault they forgot. Then your phone call is put on the counter again. You get to eat the food cold because you didn't get the sauces you ordered and they don't seem to care. No way to get a refund without being put on hold again by the staff. Manager puts you on hold and forgets about you to. Very rude, worse experience I've had with them.

I live locally and have heard of the new stuffed crust pizza so I order it online, the result took less than 3 minutes , and hot and ready in 20 minutes flat I had my pie pass, so you know I bypass That line, a hot delicious meal prepared for a family member and relative, thank you
