All the staff are good. But I had an experience with a specific employee that really made my day her name was Britney, she went beyond to make sure I was taken care of and she got my food to me on time. She welcomed me,asked how my day was and just treated me awesome. It's due to her I'm doing this review. She need to be noticed for her behavior. Thanks for the experience Britney.

Never in my life have I been irritated enough to write a review but here I am. I ordered 3 pizzas, one of them was missing a slice, called and received terrible customer service they told my that Harpreet was religious and wouldnât eat the pork that was on my pizza when I took a picture of it in less than a minute from it being inside my house but harpreet had already left once I opened it. they finally said they would offer to exchange the pizza but no refund so we traded them out because the reason we ordered pizza was to eat it so we got a new one and they sent the same guy. Harpreet after having to come back showed up at my house at 1150 at night with his car music as loud as it could go I thanked him and told him to have a good night and he laughed in my face I did tip the guy and I couldnât get my tip back. I would not order from this location because the delivery boys will get a piece of your pizza before you do.

Think twice about calling for delivery. After waiting 1hr+, we called for order status, and was the told order isn't in the system. Placed order again, and then the original order was delivered 10min later, so we had to call to cancel the re-order. Delivery was for two pizzas- the Thin Pizza ordered was burnt on edges. A HandToss Pizza with pepperoni & sausage was also ordered, but a cheese only pizza was delivered.

This is the only Dominoâs pizza I will ever order from. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. The store is always clean and in order. They remember their customers and do what they can to accommodate them if need be. I would absolutely recommend this dominoâs pizza any day. This location is excellent! Pizza always tastes great. Place is clean. Staff are always friendly. I just tried their stuffed crust pizza, and it is absolutely delicious! Chain or not, Domino's is super under-rated. Keep up the good work!

This Domino's location is exceptional. First, the cleanliness of this store is unsurpassed. Second, the staff prepares each order with accuracy and care; a novel concept for restaurants these days. Third, they greet you every time you walk in and the staff acts genuinely polite and happy. Brittany is a fantastic manager, and should be eyed for a promotion to district manager or area manager.

If I can get this place zero stars, I would. Horrible service. I put a phone order for pick up a simple order a large cheese pizza. The lady on the phone said itâll be 10 minutes ready for pick up. I show up 15 minutes expecting my pizza be waiting for me and maybe even process it at all. They told me youâll be another 10 to 15 minute wait and the price that they gave me over the phone is not the same that they gave me in person.
Always excellent service and food! I've never been disappointed at Dominos.

I ordered from this location for the first time last night. I ordered extra Philly steak and when I picked it up the pizza had no meat and the pizza was overcooked. When I called to discuss the issue I was told a manager would call back in a few minutes and of course I never received a call. Iâll never go back to this location again. ***update*** The owner responded to my review requesting my information so it âcould be made rightâ. I emailed the requested information the same day. Three days later no one has done anything to respond or make it right. Iâve contacted corporate and will update again with the response.

I appreciate this location for giving great customer service. Our wait was super long at the pickup window and then the pizza we got had a bubble so the quality wasn't good. We came into the Lobby and the rep was extremely nice and immediately started making a new one. Everyone here is always super friendly. I recommend this location!
Horrible experience!! Horrible service!! We ordered 2 orders of the 8-piece chicken wings (one Buffalo and one Parmesan), and 1 order of loaded cheesy potato tots. I also requested 4 cups of ranch, we received NO RANCH!!! I ordered from the South Meadows Dominoes, after a whole HOUR was told it got transferred to West Plumb lane dominoes, called Plumb and it was actually transferred to Longley Lane Dominoes!! Order was received at Longley at 9:30, but the delivery driver didnât arrive until 10:20pm. Originally I ordered at 9:00pm and was told to it would take approximately 30 mins to get the food. I had to keep calling around to track my order! FINALLY the food arrives but weâre missing 1 Parmesan wing and thereâs no ranch!! The food was ok, not the best Iâve ever had. Wings were not as meaty as I wouldâve liked and tater tots were pretty pathetic. Still just grateful to eat tho. Not to mention this all costed $40 !!! What the actual heck?! I thought that dominoes was suppose to be cheap. Couldâve just gone out to dinner or couldâve ordered elsewhere if we felt like spending that much. We didnât even get pizza ?! DONâT GO TO DOMINOES!! All dominoes are trash, at least in Reno. Have also had bad experience at Dominoes in Vegas too. Expensive, poor service, mediocre food at best. Shouldâve just made Mac and cheese wouldâve had $40 to go out to somewhere and get some actual dinner. We wouldnât have had to wait 1 hour and a half too. And idk what happen to our missing wing. Either they forgot it or the delivery driver ate it. Weâll hope delivery dude enjoy it. Sad sad sad. Dominoes how are yâall still in business? Please do better :(
