This location is excellent! Pizza always tastes great. Place is clean. Staff are always friendly. I just tried their stuffed crust pizza, and it is absolutely delicious! Chain or not, Domino's is super under-rated. Keep up the good work!

This Domino's location is exceptional. First, the cleanliness of this store is unsurpassed. Second, the staff prepares each order with accuracy and care; a novel concept for restaurants these days. Third, they greet you every time you walk in and the staff acts genuinely polite and happy. Brittany is a fantastic manager, and should be eyed for a promotion to district manager or area manager.

If I can get this place zero stars, I would. Horrible service. I put a phone order for pick up a simple order a large cheese pizza. The lady on the phone said it’ll be 10 minutes ready for pick up. I show up 15 minutes expecting my pizza be waiting for me and maybe even process it at all. They told me you’ll be another 10 to 15 minute wait and the price that they gave me over the phone is not the same that they gave me in person.

I ordered from this location for the first time last night. I ordered extra Philly steak and when I picked it up the pizza had no meat and the pizza was overcooked. When I called to discuss the issue I was told a manager would call back in a few minutes and of course I never received a call. I’ll never go back to this location again. ***update*** The owner responded to my review requesting my information so it “could be made right”. I emailed the requested information the same day. Three days later no one has done anything to respond or make it right. I’ve contacted corporate and will update again with the response.

I appreciate this location for giving great customer service. Our wait was super long at the pickup window and then the pizza we got had a bubble so the quality wasn't good. We came into the Lobby and the rep was extremely nice and immediately started making a new one. Everyone here is always super friendly. I recommend this location!
Horrible experience!! Horrible service!! We ordered 2 orders of the 8-piece chicken wings (one Buffalo and one Parmesan), and 1 order of loaded cheesy potato tots. I also requested 4 cups of ranch, we received NO RANCH!!! I ordered from the South Meadows Dominoes, after a whole HOUR was told it got transferred to West Plumb lane dominoes, called Plumb and it was actually transferred to Longley Lane Dominoes!! Order was received at Longley at 9:30, but the delivery driver didn’t arrive until 10:20pm. Originally I ordered at 9:00pm and was told to it would take approximately 30 mins to get the food. I had to keep calling around to track my order! FINALLY the food arrives but we’re missing 1 Parmesan wing and there’s no ranch!! The food was ok, not the best I’ve ever had. Wings were not as meaty as I would’ve liked and tater tots were pretty pathetic. Still just grateful to eat tho. Not to mention this all costed $40 !!! What the actual heck?! I thought that dominoes was suppose to be cheap. Could’ve just gone out to dinner or could’ve ordered elsewhere if we felt like spending that much. We didn’t even get pizza ?! DON’T GO TO DOMINOES!! All dominoes are trash, at least in Reno. Have also had bad experience at Dominoes in Vegas too. Expensive, poor service, mediocre food at best. Should’ve just made Mac and cheese would’ve had $40 to go out to somewhere and get some actual dinner. We wouldn’t have had to wait 1 hour and a half too. And idk what happen to our missing wing. Either they forgot it or the delivery driver ate it. We’ll hope delivery dude enjoy it. Sad sad sad. Dominoes how are y’all still in business? Please do better :(
The food came out quickly and it’s always delicious from this location, really happy we were able to make it for the last Friday of $10 unlimited toppings. If you haven’t tried the cheesy breads or the tater tots yet I highly recommend you try it

For the price, it's hard to beat the quantity of food you receive. However, what what made this location stand out was the customer service and atmosphere. My cellphone was undergoing repair so I had no GPS, was struggling finding the repair store. Pulled into this store to grab a bite and reset the hunt. The jovial employee brightened the mood cracking some jokes as he prepared my order. Upon learning about my situation he located the main repair shop and looked up directions without me asking. 5 stars.
