Absolutely the most disgusting pizza I've ever seen, experienced, tasted. The consistency was that of slime. Had I eaten it I probably would have gotten sick from the undercooked dough. It made for great wall art though.

I order from this specific Dominos pizza quite often, many times my pizza(s) have been undercooked or too much sauce making the pizza extra gummy!! Tonight was the worse first order the pizza was so undercooked and over sauce I couldn’t pick up the slice. I had a second pizza delivery and it had absolutely no bbq sauce!

I don’t know why this branch has such a low rating. I’ve been coming here for four years, and they have NEVER been impolite, order wrong, food late. The service has absolutely been perfect every single time at this branch. The 801 W. 4th St. branch.
Every Sunday I order pizza for when we are watching football. The past couple times have been a bit disappointing as my order has not been correct. This time having ordered four twenty ounce drinks.But, since the restaurant was out they brought me 1 2-liter? The cost for the four drinks was over nine dollars and bringing me 1 2-liter is around three dollars. How is it, I was not credited the difference? Last week, when I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich, i received the chicken ranch sandwich instead.

Pizza had 3/8 toppings. Instead of veggie pizza we got olive and garlic pizza, and instead of Hawaiian we got ham pizza.
Called and spoke w the manager, who said they’d send a replacement. The replacement got here 1 hour and 30 minutes later. And there were still missing ingredients on the second pizza. Lol. But at least this time it had the pineapple.

I just want to say thank you very much to the staff and management of this Domino's. My wife has been in the renowned hospital and rehabilitation center for over 2 months, she had a severe stroke and they went out of their way to deliver pizza to my beautiful bride and the staff here at renown rehabilitation center. Thank you guys for providing us with fantastic service.

Whoever manages this place does a very good job for the night shift crew . I always order online and by the time I get there my order is always done or almost done. Today took around 15 minutes, from the time I put in the order to the time it was ready. I’m never one to really review a franchise, but I wanted to give a big thanks to the staff and management for making it quick and easy, unlike other pizza and fast food places

I GET it seems repetitive…but Dominos 4th Street Reno…DOES IT RIGHT! They’re secret people, Integrity!! YEP…NOT ONLY the hardest AND smartest Dominos workers, but they might actually BE the MOST honest ones as well…..afterall how many of us can say, “so we paid for our carry out dinner (10:30 pm husbands work hrs!) started backing out of the parking lot, when either, Dillion or Liam (not sure whom as I called today spoke to a really nice helpful girl who narrowed it down!), came running towards us with our $15.00 change in hand!! Holy moly WaT….?? Thank YOU for proving all is NOT lost…! Rock ON Integrity… THIS STORE NEEDS A RAISE….
