The build your own pasta was the only reason I ordered Domino's. Lost a customer!

The Customer Service and Pizza was disgusting. I called to tell simply discus my order was super late and cold, I was treated with rudeness, hostility, and disheartening customer service . Next day I called and I briefly talked with GM Anthony amd his first and only words to me was “he heard I got a refund already, so he don’t know what the problem is” Wow. I was racially profiled from the start. I said sir I’m not calling for a refund it’s the aggressiveness, hostility and the manner I was spoke to because i called about order. They never offer another pizza remade, they said we close in 30 mins and they didn’t care at all. This is my money and I could go elsewhere , you think I want a free 9$ pizza. It was for my kid. Can’t believe GM was rude and unprofessional! Wow. Great Customer Service is face of the store , Do better Anthony! Your suppose to encourage and be a leader to your employees. Never again will I order from here!!! I have contacted corporate.

I phoned in about 12 noon to pick up my pie at 6pm.
I was overcharged on my credit card. And the product was subpar.
They must have prepared it when I ordered it at noon.
The representative had the worst customer service attitude imaginable.
I will never spend a dime there again.
Pizza was super thin and dry.. not sure when they stopped putting as much sauce and cheese but my last order in az was fine.

—DONT'tT BUY XL-sized PIZZA—
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Domino’s. I ordered an XL 16-inch pizza, but was given a pizza that was clearly smaller. After being told it was XL, I took it home and measured it — it was only 14 inches, the size of a Large.
The difference between a 14-inch Large and a 16-inch XL is significant — the XL has about 30% more pizza by area, so this is not a minor mistake.
I returned to the store and waited another 38 minutes for a remake, but the replacement pizza was still only 15 inches, not the 16 inches I ordered and paid for.
This wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I expected accuracy and honesty from Domino’s, but this experience fell far short.

The Philly Cheesesteak pizza was made to perfection and delivered in a very timely manager. The service provided by the entire team on Vine Street in Reno Nevada was superior as well. Thank you all for providing a wonderfully flavorful and nutritious pizza pie- Scott

Was walking across the street with my child in a cross walk i had the right of Way and your driver in a white subaru outback decided he didnt want to wait for us to cross and he went instead causing us to go back across to wait for him to drive
I normally love using this Domino’s for a quick and easy dinner solution, but after my last experience I’ll have to rethink my options. I gave the driver clear instructions with the exact cross streets, yet he still went to the wrong area. When I tried to calmly let him know, he yelled at me over the phone, insisting he was in the right spot.
My husband saw him driving erratically and even on the wrong side of the road. Instead of correcting his mistake, the driver told me, “If your husband wants the damn pizza that bad, he should just come over here to get it.” That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
After walking him through directions step by step while being berated, he finally realized he was in the wrong place. He handed over the pizza with a half-hearted apology and no accountability. My order wasn’t delivered until 1:30 AM.
No customer should ever be cursed at, disrespected, or put at risk because of a driver’s mistakes. Domino’s needs to do better.
