Just donuts. Having visited a few times, that's what it feels like. None of the staff in my experiences were friendly, just "doing a job." The drive through attendant is always difficult to communicate with so we tried going inside today. No difference. Tried to sit down and every table and chair was covered in boxes.

Mar 2024:They ran out of the croissants quick but have an extensive menu. For a sweet craving a nice spot to check out. Bathroom was quite messy and used as storage but other than that was fine.

Outdated and dirty inside. Donuts were fresh.Price is 10.50 for 3 donuts and a cinnamon rollThe lady gladly filled a donut for me when i asked if there were any maple bars with frosting or cream(positive). However it came filled with custard instead of cream like i asked. I also asked for a cinnamon roll without raisins, sure enough it came with raisins.This place needs help. The register area is not as clean as i would expect and not worth the trip in my opinion.

Wonderful donuts!! Lots of workers with smiles on their faces. I think I got the only one that wasn't happy. Straight face the whole time. Everyone else was very pleasant though. I love this place!

Ordered two completely different coffees. Both came out without any creamer we asked for and it was clear as day the beans they used were already used. It tasted like burnt bean water...no coffee flavor. I had never had coffee made from already used grinds and it was a horrendous experience.
The service here is always super fun and nice, and the donuts are delicious!

For the 3rd time in 4 months, different people, I’ve received the worst service. Am I missing something here? I used to buy donuts at this location all the time years ago, before moving out of state, and have now come back. The 3 times that I’ve been back., it’s been terrible service. Why are the people behind the counter so unfriendly, like, it’s a huge bother to them that I’m there to buy donuts? It’s interesting that it’s been the same bad service on 3 different occasions, back to back, involving different people.I live close to Midtown, so it’s not like I’m super close, but I won’t waste my time anymore. Pretty sure there’s other donut shops that are just as good or even better.And for the issue at hand, the feeling I got on the different days that I’ve been here is almost as if this place just hires, angry, unhappy people. My first visit after moving back to Reno, it was an elderly female that was helping me. The second time it was a teenage female that was helping me. It was a young man that waited on me today.I used to really miss Doughboy Donuts when we lived in Texas, but in reality, this place is a dime a dozen and as long as you go early enough, you can get fresh donuts and your corner donut shop. My point being poor service isn’t worth the product.

So I pulled up and sign says it's closed that's cool because I remember one night they was closed but some white teenagers came yall opened up for them but I guess for 30 something year old black man those rules don't apply..awesome business guys ????
