Stopped on the way to Reno.... Crowded but moves fast. They also had a law enforcement event going on which added to the ambiance. Quick service and the donuts were absolutely delicious. I got a custard filled and it was filled with slightly warm custard. Absolutely loved it. The coffee was also great. Highly recommend and will be stopping by to pick up a dozen on my way back.

So, sadly, this used to be my favorite donut place. Recently, every time I’ve gotten donuts from there, within a few hours of getting them, they get hard on the inside. It’s like biting dry paste, not a fluffy soft cloud, as a donut should be. Not to mention they close on 8 PM on a weekend, you’d think they’d have more time to make fresh donuts but apparently not. They taste like they’re all a day-old. And they sold me a half dozen (6 donuts) for almost $10. I went to Jelly Donut when this place was closed at 8 on a Saturday night and Jelly Donuts glazed donut was so much more fresher, softer, and it felt like I was eating a delicious glazed yeasty cloud. And they’re open 24/7.

My first taste of Doughboys was a few years ago. On my way to church or just the gas station, I would grab coffee and a donut. The smell of the bakery was great to wake up too! In August 2023, I got Covid for the first time. Though it was a mild 2 week case, I lost my taste and smell for a month. That devastated me because I didn't know when it would return and that would affect my reviews. BUT, one day in September 2023, I took a chance. I wanted to eat a donut, whether I could taste it or not. I walked into Doughboys and I could smell the bakery!!!!! You know what that meant?!?!? I COULD TASTE THE DONUT!!!! :) The staff behind the counter were patient with me as I decided on my custom dozen :) I recently ordered a dozen again because, well, I love donuts and I love Doughboys! They aren't too sweet, just sweet enough. There are savory varieties , as well. Coffee is delicious too.

I love Dough Boys Donuts. I always stop here on my way out of town. Try to go early so you have the full variety to choose from. They will run out of certain donuts the later you go. The worries are airways nice and polite and it is always clean !

I've been to Dough Boys a good amount times and they never fail to impress me, the employees were super friendly and helpful, they guided me on which one is which when I saw their massive variety of flavors. The cinnamon roll was amazing, when I tried it in store it was super good. Then when I took it back home since i couldn't finish it, i heated it up and it tasted so much better. Their coffee was really nice too, it was sweet and it was a nice pair with the coffee cream pastries as well. Definitely will come back a lot and their prices are so affordable especially for being a college student
