The short blonde lady is very rude. Made my iced coffee order wrong so i politely asked if she can redo it. She definitely gave me an annoyed look and grabbed my cup. I watched her make my second coffee just to make sure she does not do something bad with it.

I think she purposely did way worse on my second drink because she only put milk and espresso. No ice and syrup. 😂

I also noticed she makes everyone wait.

Dont order if you see the small blonde lady.

I ordered a coffee with no cream because I’m allergic?! They put cream in it! I could have ended up in er! And my breakfast sandwich was on a stale bagel! The Mexican woman literally is the boss and did everything wrong!

This store cracks me up. The store has a discount after 6pm for donuts right so tell me why the workers start making boxes and fill them up and when i say fill them up i mean take all the donuts and leave the nasty ones behind. And the boxes are for them. So it basically stealing because they also make many drinks for themselves. Trying to find a way to report this store because the attitude there is ridiculous.

I just came in as a delivery driver to pick up a rather large order. The store was very busy and there was only one employee on the clock when I got there. As I was waiting two additional employees showed up. My issue is not just with the long wait time although it was understandable but it was with the actual service from the staff.

They did not communicate whether or not orders were done or if parts of the order was done. Anytime that I tried to get clarification I was met with attitude. When I asked for them to hand me the order because I could not reach it over the counter, I was met with additional attitude.

I understand that they were very busy but that is no reason to give a customer or a delivery driver that amount of attitude and not communicate. If they had just said that the order was done I wouldn't have needed to ask questions but just to have them set bags on the counter I'm not going to know anything about that unless they say something.

It was a truly horrible experience it took almost 30 minutes for them to prepare this customer's order and then they were just disrespectful.

I normally would have been disrespectful back because I match energies but I do understand again that they were busy so I tried my best to be as polite as I could and when I make an effort to be polite and a person is still rude that's a huge issue with me

Did a mobile order for a dozen donuts to pick up on my way in to work. This is the only location that is anywhere near my commute, but still out of the way. Get to the location, no donuts at all, just a sign saying sorry. The one thing you do, that is literally in the name of the business, and you don't have any. Won't be back. They lost a customer.

Boyfriend got a coffee and got a mouthful of grounds. He literally pulled over and spat it out. Dumped what was left and you could see all the grounds in there…very disgusting

1st time having Dunkin iced coffee. Asked for light ice and was told it wouldn't fill the cup. Makes sense to me, but walking out with a 2/3 cup and the bottom is narrow... basically half the regular. Guess I'll stick with the other brands in town. I won't be back.
