Every time I come here for the last 3 months they tell me that the blender is broken. You're telling me a coffee shop in a supermarket can't get a blender? I don't understand why they lie about that, nor do I understand why their matcha tastes worse with every order. And why leave employees who aren't trained by themselves during the morning rush? It's so disappointing and a waste of money, and the sparks one isn't doing any better..... Not to mention forgetting entire donuts with orders.. how there are any positive reviews in the last month is a mystery to me.

There was only one person working so it's not their fault however I ordered a macchiato with oat-milk because of my dairy allergy and that is NOT what I received. Instead I got a whole milk latte with way too many flavor shots making it entirely undrinkable and a waste of time and money. My hopes weren't high since the Dunkin is inside of a Walmart but getting a drink completely wrong is disgusting. Do better.

Ariel and Daniel are running the front counter. Ignoring customers rolling their eyes and giving absolute horrible attitude. My son wanted a donut and all we got was mistreated. Stood there trying to get their attention while they flat out ignored me!!!

Went in to grab a coffee and a bite to eat around 1pm today. When I walked in at the counter the employee rolled her eyes at me and completely ignored the fact I was there. The other employee had his headphones in and was making himself a drink while I was waiting around. I noticed the first employee was counting a drawer so I waited patiently. I was ignored for about 10-15 minutes before someone finally said something and the woman counting the drawer asked if I was paying cash or card which I told her I was paying cash. She then got an attitude with me and said it would be a longer wait, which I didn't mind. She finally had the other employee take my order. After I paid with cash he didn't even wash his hands before making my drink. Then proceeded to make me the wrong drink. My food wasn't heated all the way. I ended up just throwing away everything, which was disappointing considering how I was treated there. Waiting I don't mind...but the sanitary issue and attitudes when I was patient was not okay.

One of the worst places I pick up DoorDash orders from. Service varies on server. There is one server there in particular the young male with a heavier build who routinely has a negative attitude and complains about DoorDash delivers. I have no appreciation in dealing with him, they should really work on customer service and improvement.

Love this location amazing staff donuts are yummy I visited this location on my vacation came in for a quick coffee and donut will come back again only good things to say about location and staff especially the manager amazing guy so helpful and courteous
