I made my usual order and the little girl at the walk up windows took my order and told me it would be 8 dollars and change, so I stood there to watch as she made it completely wrong then proceeded to give me attitude as I told her what it was supposed to have as if she didnt just enter it in the computer 65 seconds ago..

I've only had 2 of there drinks Palm Beach and Iced Mocha with whipped cream Both are sooooo good! The employees usually have a smile and seem to enjoy what they do...and that makes a huge difference in service And even when there is a long line.... it moves relatively quickly

Maya was stellar by helping a non-coffee drinker just trying to impress his girlfriend with some good coffee. She truly made this experience unique as my girl loved her coffee and for that I am immensely thankful.

Sad to give such a low rating but the last 5 times I have been here my order has been wrong, made with the wrong syrups or milk. The oat milk tastes like they have switched to a cheaper brand and my coffee has been bitter and unsatisfying. The batista have been great service wise but I can't keep coming back here if the coffee is never what I ordered.

So sad I wasn’t able to get her name how ever she had blue and purple strands of hair, she definitely made my night. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and she was more then happy to remake it ! She needs a raise! ❤️
