The staff at this location is phenomenal, specifically Emma. I was having a rough day when I visited and she was so kind and sweet and whatever you guys are paying her is not enough. I have never had a bad visit at this location and every time the baristas here are absolutely AMAZING. Please please please give them the recognition they deserve

Came through this morning with a large order spent about $80 including tip and was told very rudely that I could just mobile order the drinks, and that instead of staying in my car I should just walk up to the counter since “those people have nothing to do” I also heard the same girl say that our protein drink would have no protein in it and she seemed very mad ( you shouldn’t speak badly in front of customers) I found it very rude I understand a big order can become stressful (I’ve worked a restaurant on holidays) but it is part of your job and you did get a 20% tip on drinks…

Do not go here this is the slowest coffee shop in Reno 4 cars ahead of me and still took 15 mins then on top of that they got the order WRONG I’m good I didnt even get the drink I just left so much for listening skills these people clearly don’t possess and they have the nerve to say they’re faster than Starbucks not quite tell me you haven’t been there.

Also they turned me on to the Large Breve which I am always ordering.

I am a Washington baby so I’ve loved Dutch Bros since I was a kid and will always love it. Just finally writing a review for the Reno store because they replaced a drink because I fell and dropped it at home. Lol. Always have had great customer service. I used to drive to Carson city just for their coffee sometimes .Glad they have a Reno location now.

There were 4 cars in line and I waited 45 minutes for hot cocoa. Dutch bros is a colossal waste of time.
They take your order while you are in line to the drive up window. Ready when you get up to the window.
