Worst location in Reno. Having customers turn around only to give new people pulling in the chance to get in front of them, then you have the absolute worst Dutch employees waving at you like you’re a dog, so you ask them to maybe have people scoot up so there is more room only to be told “I know there’s room but just go around”. I’ll stick to the pyramid and south Reno location from now on.

This drive-thru is fast and friendly, but it has a strong, unpleasant smell. Sometimes, when I’m getting my drinks, I get a strong whiff of rotten coffee and milk. It can be so strong that it makes my appetite disappear. But the drinks themselves are tasty.

The odor is so strong that it necessitates a thorough power wash or deep cleaning. It is unclear whether the source of the odor is the interior or exterior of the window due to spills. I hope that someone will address this issue and undertake a cleaning, potentially including an internal inspection.

Had my first experience with Dutch Bros while in town. Got the golden eagle iced chai. It was amazing. Wish we had one closer to home. Staff was friendly and helpful and didn’t make you feel silly or awkward when ordering for the first time. If we had one closer to VA, I would probably ditch Starbucks. Prices were so much more affordable and way more options and varieties.

I go to all the coffee sellers, whichever is close. I like Dutch Bros better than the rest, I think there product is more consistent, tastes the same each time I visit. Expect a line at drive through. And the music is to loud, but will not keep me away.
