The absolute nicest people work here. Very friendly people and provide the absolute best service possible. In and out fast even when they’re busy. My coffee always turns out perfect.
This drive-thru is fast and friendly, but it has a strong, unpleasant smell. Sometimes, when I’m getting my drinks, I get a strong whiff of rotten coffee and milk. It can be so strong that it makes my appetite disappear. But the drinks themselves are tasty.
Had my first experience with Dutch Bros while in town. Got the golden eagle iced chai. It was amazing. Wish we had one closer to home. Staff was friendly and helpful and didn’t make you feel silly or awkward when ordering for the first time. If we had one closer to VA, I would probably ditch Starbucks. Prices were so much more affordable and way more options and varieties.
