Always a Golden Eagle, extra sweet, with whip and drizzle; with an orange cranberry muffin top and a three dollar tip.

Dutch bros coffee is my go to place. I love all the flavors and combos. The service is quick. The staff is friendly. I recently went there for a chocolate frost. Just had endoscopy and throat was a bit sore. They comped my drink. Not sure why. But I sure appreciated it.

Over priced weak a** coffee. They took more than 15 minutes to make 3 drinks. Pushed a customer that ordered 5ish minutes after me drink out before mine, "because they only have 1."

They don't do alcohol or liquor at all which means Irish Coffee is just sugar and cream. In Vegas... You can get Irish cream, not in Reno.

Despite a decades long caffeine addiction and living in close proximity to this location Dutch Bros remained a mystery before your intrepid narrator braved the long lines one fateful Wednesday afternoon.Seeing the full lines in both drive up lanes I chose the walk up window. The other patrons seemed to all be about 15 years old and let's just say I am not young. After ordering a small Caramelizer I waited with bated breath for my beverage. I noticed that each person upon receiving their drink was asked if they would like a sticker. Of course they all said yes and walked away giddily. Finally my drink was ready. I walked up and said thank you. Then I looked at the young man expectantly but he became tight lipped. An uncomfortable silence developed and to my dismay no sticker was proffered. What had I done wrong?Despite the sweetness of my beverage I was filled with bitterness as I watched each subsequent and youthful customer happily walk away with a sticker. Was it my age? Had the board of directors decided that the simple joy of a free sticker was wasted on the aged? My mind raced. Did God exist? Who invented liquid soap and why? I had no answers but I was sure this was not the America our founding fathers had envisioned. I do not plan to let Dutch Bros stick (or not stick!) it to me again.Give me stickers or give me death!

I love you Dutch Bros. But, two weeks after returning to work in Reno and waiting 15 minutes every time, I've decided to buy myself an espresso machine. I was previously working throughout the northern CA area and visited several Dutch Bros locations. This is consistently the slowest service I've ever received. I'm just burning gas waiting in line. Certainly there's a way to increase efficiency?

Every time we come to this Dutch Bros, the wait is longer than it should be and the staff is unprofessional. I imagine the reason the line takes forever is because every time I get up to the window, my drink is wrong and they have to remake it. The work ethic of the children that work here is non existent. They’re more worried about talking to their friends and having side conversations than helping the customer. That’s probably why my drink is always wrong. Lastly, the drinks are subpar. I’d rather drive to the Carson city Dutch Bros for a latte, then ever come here again. Don’t come here unless you’re ready for disappointment.
