im not the one to usually leave reviews but ive been coming to this dutch bros ever since they opened, the customer service is spot on, and even during rushes they handle it smooth and fast! they make my drink spot on and perfect, just how i love it! and alot of them alrdy know my name when seeing me, which is one of the highlights of my day! dutch bros is my #1 coffee/energy place to go to and will grab some every chance i get❤️

I usually love coming to Dutch Bros and I’m someone who consistently tips, but my last few visits to this location have been disappointing. When it first opened I was excited, but the past three experiences haven’t been great. The staff has come across as unfriendly and, at times, a bit judgmental, and it feels like they’re selective about who they’re warm toward and who they interact with. Other Dutch Bros locations I’ve been to have much better customer service, so this one seems like it could benefit from stronger training and consistency with how customers are treated. I left those visits wishing I hadn’t tipped because the service didn’t reflect the usual Dutch Bros experience. I’m considering contacting corporate regarding this location to see why the standards are so low here in comparison to the other locations.

Ordered a 911 at 6am and when I got home noticed it was all milk no coffee. Tried calling and going online but it just takes me to a complaint page or some automated 800 number. No one to speak to is very inconvenient and frustrating. Will return later today to speak to manager
Updated my review same day. I went back to Dutch bros with the coffee giving earlier and explained then showed them milky coffee and recipt. They fixed order and was givin a new one perfectly made.

Had an amazing experience at the grand opening of Dutch Bros in Lemmon! The customer service was incredible—everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Even with a long line, service was super fast and efficient. Our drinks were absolutely perfect. So happy to have Dutch Bros in Lemmon!
