First time here.. Loved it... Food is amazing. The only sucky part, I got a Vanilla cold brew coffee and it has no Vanilla. Tasted straight like black coffee. But will get different beverage next time because definitely will be back.

Every time I come here I have to wait like 30 50min for my order. I have heard that from other people to that come to this location. Do not come to this location unless you want to wait over 40min for your oreer

The service I received last time I visited this store was so bad I almost did not return. The last time I ordered from the store I pulled up and all the lights were off. I went to my work and called to see if they could cancel the order since they did not look open. The snippy girl on the phone said they could not cancel my order and they were open, just with out the lights on, or the open sign. I drove back there and picked up my order. Great way to waste 20 minutes.
Today I ordered again online. I went into the store and waited as one lady picked up her large order to go. As she was making trips to her car numerous employees walked on the other side of the counter from me, one stopping in front of me and was actively not looking at me. I will have to say that was impressive, must take a lot of practice to ignore people right in front of you so well. I finally after 5 minutes yelled out can I get some help. My order was on the counter sitting there the whole time.
To the owner, if your going to have employees that actively ignore people maybe go back to the self serve pickup for to go orders. Or they could try that thing where they realize 90% of the battle is to get people into the store and welcome them.

The store is large and spacious and well stocked with all of our favorites. You order and pay in one line, which is perfect. The people are fantastic. They are kind, accurate in their orders and their information, and responsive to anything you need or ask. The order was absolutely correct and the food was a five out of five. Very high-quality. In my opinion after visiting Einstein’s all over the west while traveling in our van, this is the best Einstein I’ve ever been to hands-down! Well done to this team and their leadership.

My company has used Einstein for catering before and the food was always on point so I decided to go in myself. It took them less than 5 minutes to get my order ready, the staff was nice and the food tasted amazing as usual 😊

UPDATE: I have filled out the form at the web address the owner said to as a response to my review. I actually had filled it out the day after my 2nd visit on Friday September 19th. I then waited till Tuesday September 23rd, and haven’t heard anything back. I filled the form again on Tuesday, and still haven’t heard anything back. I’m very frustrating and disappointed that nobody has gotten back to me or refunded my order.

The last 2 times we have gone here through the drive thru they have screwed up our order. My wife got a bacon avocado tomato sandwich on a cheesy hashbrown bagel, with no tomato. The first time on Wednesday Sept 17th, she received it with tomato. Not a huge deal other than the employee while we were at the window repeated the order. The next day on Thursday, she got the same order. I emphasized the no tomato 3 times. At the window, the employee gave us a bag that had someone else’s order. I gave it back to him, and told him it wasn’t our order. The. After waiting for over 5 mins at the window, he gave us our order. He emphasized and repeated the order while handing it to me and said it was freshly made. I then handed to my wife. When she opened it, it was a completely wrong sandwich with spinach or lettuce on it. I parked in the parking lot and went inside. There was nobody in line inside, there were 4 employees just standing there. When I explained the situation, one of them said “ok, what was it supposed to be”. Not any apology whatsoever. I had to repeat the order 3 times the person making the correct sandwich. They gave me the sandwich, and I drove with my wife back home to south Reno. Just when I was getting onto the freeway, my wife pulled out a piece of bacon that looked completely undercooked. It was disgusting, and then my wife proceeded to pull a second piece of bacon that looked not as badly undercooked, but still questionable. I was very upset, and didn’t want to turn around. So I called them, and nobody picked up. I left a voicemail, explaining what happened and that I wanted my money back. That was yesterday afternoon around 1 pm. Its now been 24 hours and still no call back. I will never go back here. It’s a shame, cause it used to have really good service over a year ago.

Best bagels in northern Nevada. Its worth going out of my way to purchase in bulk and keep my freezer stocked. Highly satisfied customer and self proclaimed bagel snob 😄 Can we please figure out who is impersonating GM Donavan 😆?

$8-$9 for a small bagel. Drive thru is closed and the workers don’t tell you when they’re out of something so you wait 5+ minutes for them to tell you after they charge you and start making the food. Never be back again

This place is terrible, if youre hungry, go somewhere else. You'll be waiting for an hour (even if you ordered online).

Let’s start positive: the food here is phenomenal. Seriously, absolutely delicious. But unfortunately, that’s where the joy ends, because getting your hands on it is like trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube in the dark while being stared at by confused strangers.

This is my sixth god-awful experience here. After the fifth disaster, I swore this place off. But today, I was just hungry enough to think, “Maybe—just maybe—they’ve gotten it together.” Spoiler alert: they have not.

I ordered online an hour ago, walked in, and was greeted by an employee who looked at me like I had asked her to explain quantum physics. After a long pause, she said, “Oh my gosh, I think someone took your food,” and then drifted away into the abyss. That was it. No replacement, no apology—just me sitting in the lobby like a fool, praying to the Bagel Gods.

Meanwhile, about 30 other people were sitting there with the same lifeless expression, all of us waiting for sandwiches like contestants in some cruel social experiment. One employee spent 45 minutes staring at receipts like she was trying to read the future. I’m fairly certain there isn’t a manager within 10 miles of this place.

The food? 10/10, can’t deny it.
The customer service? It’s not just bad—it’s horrible to the core of humanity. The actual definition of what customer service should never be. Delicious bagels don’t fix the fact that this establishment might actually be the most disorganized operation in existence.

If Einstein really had anything to do with this place, I can promise you he’s rolling in his grave.

Every time I go in, I ask for Salsa, and every framing time, it's an ordeal

The last 3 visits I’ve asked for a extra egg & sausage on my sandwich, paid for it waited a long time just to see (again) that it doesn’t have any of the extra stuff I paid for. I’ve always worked in customer service so I know things happen but you can’t even go complain because it’s so packed with people and the staff never acknowledges you.

Let me start off by saying I don’t hate this place. I will be returning. However, this morning was not the best experience. The drive thru was closed- not consistent. I went in and stood at the register to order, where I usually order and I was told to order at the other end. I walk to the other end. The two girls at the register didn’t even look at me, they just talked to each other while I waited to order. Eventually I just started ordering and they then turned around. I got a sandwich and cold brew. The sandwich came out quick. The cold brew was taking a bit? Well maybe they were making it but no. I eventually went up to the counter and asked about it maybe 5 minutes later. They started on it right away. Keep in mind that it looked fully staffed. There were no drive thru orders because it was closed. Also a regional and district manager were talking right beside me, not helping whatsoever. I’ve worked in a restaurant, a coffee shop place, a lot of service businesses. But coldbrew is something that’s prepared before hand. It’s quick. It’s like preparing a soda you put the flavor in, you put the ice in, and you pour the cold brew concentrate in with water or if it’s already unconcentrated you just pour it in. That’s it. It shouldn’t take longer than a warm sandwich. I expressed my disappointment to an employee there. They were very nice and understanding. I wouldn’t say don’t go here. But don’t go here if you’re in a rush. Not even the regional and district managers care about the customer.
