Horrible service. Definitely 2 thumbs down. I waited in the drive through for over an hour just to be told they are out of bagels. I tried to call during this time to see what the hold up was just to have noone answer. This isn't the first time but has been the last time for me and Einsteins. I really wish they can get ahold of the place but their future isn't looking bright.

This was a nice stop while waiting for my car to be cleaned next door. Granted I did get the wrong sandwich. I hope the guy that got mine likes things spicy because he definitely left without checking his bag. However, I enjoyed what he ordered. This was a 5-star visit other than our bags getting switched. It was pretty busy when I was there, so I understand mistakes happen, and I'm sure they would have fixed my issue if I would have brought it up. The staff was very nice.

The order ahead service is awful. It ran 25 minutes behind the scheduled pickup time. Ordering at the register was quick.

If you want slow service your in the write place. Do not both placing an order ahead it will still take them 30+ minutes to make your food. Im still waiting on my food

I’m not ordering from here anymore I’m not sure why my order is always delayed continuously, made no sense how I pre ordered and someone who walked in got their order made and completed before me and I too have work. Ridiculous!

Trash restraunt doesn’t even have an accessible phone number listed for when they left out 4 items from my order
I didn’t even get to order my bagel. They have a designated area to order and one of the service people let the lady behind us order first. They were both rude. The lady walked right in front of us and the lady working there did nothing. Hopefully they will get better people working there. My mom had just had brain surgery a few months back and finally healing. She just wanted a bagel. Instead she got a bigger headache. I could understand if the place was busy but we were the only two customers. The whole situation was unwarranted and ridiculous.

Went through the drive through. Waited about 5-8 minutes for my order. In the meantime I had time to look at the unusual Insta Advertisement Stickers and tagging on the window. The stickers covered the actual company ad below the window shelf.
The food itself was good, just put together a little weird. All of the sandwich insides were concentrated in the center instead of evenly spread. Took it apart to get a more even layout, and enjoyed it anyway.
