I usually stop by once a week early in the morning and there is always a dark haired lady behind the counter who is always working hard and even when it seems they may be short handed, handles business like a pro. Always have great customer service.
About a week ago, I ordered food for the office where I have been working. I should have checked the food before I left, but was short on time trying to get back to work after I got to the office. I realized that we received different food than we ordered, I called and spoke to Becci, who immediately took care of the issue and offered several options for us. When I was calling, I was really only looking for a refund for the difference between the more expensive sandwiches I paid...
The food itself was good, just put together a little weird. All of the sandwich insides were concentrated in the center instead of evenly spread. Took it apart to get a more even layout, and enjoyed it anyway.
