Ordered our food and everyone else who ordered after us got their food. It was only two of us and it took 25 minutes to just get two combo plates of pupusas. Their beans tasted very old. This place is not organized to get orders out accordingly to ordering.

Not consistent. I asked for a burrito, but the lady put my order in as a super burrito then proceeded to ask if I wanted cheese and sour cream I said yes…. when I looked at the total in the tablet I seen that she put my order in as a supper burrito. I told her I didn’t want a supper burrito, she changed it… but no cheese or sour cream. Needless to say just be very specific and the quality wasn’t good the rice tasted mushy and definitely wasn’t fresh… I’ve ordered here plenty of times…. Last two was great, but this time not so much… I’ll be going elsewhere for now unfortunately

Ordered for pick up , and ended up staying to eat. Got the everything pupusas it was ok. The cabbage was a lil to crunchy for me.. I also got the seven seas soup which was not to be either. Just got to crack the crab legs to get the meat. Can be a little messy.

El Paisano's both locations of Reno will be extremely mean to white people ( also Jimboy's Tacos) Extremely racist and obviously rude while doing it. They don't want their business to make profit they only want to feed Hispanics. But if they do feed you they definitely don't want you comfortable

Solid Mexican food with fresh made pupusas, the best pupusas I have had in Reno. If you are looking for flashy aesthetics, this place is not for you. Great take out for a reasonable price.
