This used to be one of my favorite places because the pupusas are a 10 but I hadn't been there in a while and it's changed. Last time I went I ordered a ceviche tostada and I'd give it a 3, lots of shrimp but mostly ketchup. The curtido for the pupusas used to be bomb, and now it's meh. The biggest part for me tho, was THE MUSIC!!!! Loud worship music is not what I want to listen to when I'm eating pupusas with my kids. (granted, we're not religious. It might be alright if you are). The pupusas are still a 10.

In 2022 I came with my family, the food and the service were good, but today December 2023 we returned and the food is terrible, the service is bad, they also serve you to order the food reluctantly and to top it all off you serve yourself your coffee and drinks Your food, your napkins, you clean your table yourself, in short, you do everything, there is only one cashier and one cook. The pupusas are very delicious, good flavor, the reason for my rating is because of the customer service.On December 25, when I went to pick up my order, the girl who was working as a cashier is not at all friendly or I don't know if it is the training they are given so that they respond in a bad way to the customer.If a client is talking to you politely there is no reason to answer like that. I ordered some pupusas and he gave me 1 bag of green sauce and 1 red sauce but I told him that I didn't want that green sauce so he could change it for red please because I imagined it was spicy and he replied "if you don't want it then there is the That's what it is" and he refused to change me for red.Just because my children were already waiting for me with food, I didn't ask for my money back.Last time I order from this restaurant, bad service, you have to have ways of serving people.
Pupusas were very good but the styrofoam plates and self service curtido and salsa bar were not very convenient. You are only provided paper plates to carry the curtido so needless to say the plates fall apart. You order at the counter and pick up your food. There is really no service. Overall the pupusas were very good. Very loud music playing so it’s not a quiet place to eat. Otherwise food is good.

My husband ordered the fish tacos and I had a stuffed poblano ….. Both dishses were very tasty and fresh. We were clearly the couple from out of town…. Locals were the main crowd. This place is not fancy and high end, but flavorful and friendly. We’re heading back for breakfast before we fly home to Austin today.
