Once again, El Pollo Loco delivered an incredible meal! The chicken is always so juicy and well-seasoned, and the sides are fresh. But honestly, the biggest shout-out goes to the team here. They are the best crew! They work so quickly, yet the quality is never compromised. The orders are always accurate, served with a smile, and the food is prepared fresh and tasty every single time. It's clear they take pride in what they do. My favorite spot for a reliable, delicious, and fast meal. Keep up the fantastic work!

The food at El Pollo Loco has always been great, and I’ve consistently enjoyed my visits here. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. The staff overall seemed friendly and welcoming, but I overheard an employee named Sonia speaking negatively about me in Spanish simply because I asked for plates and salsa.
What made it even more uncomfortable was that she smiled at me afterward as if nothing had happened. I’m not a confrontational person, and I know arguing wouldn’t have helped, so I chose to share my experience here instead.

There’s always enough workers to get orders done so there’s never a wait, food is high quality, staff is attentive, lobby is clean and tended to, and they definitely have the cleanest bathroom you can expect to find at a fast food chain. Best one in town by far.
