Stopped by here to grab some buche and cabeza tacos. The meats were seasoned perfectly and the portions are generous. I would've preferred the tortillas to be cooked a little more, so next time I'll ask for that. Food came out very quickly and was still piping hot when I ate in the parking lot.

I've gone down Virginia St & tried ALL the trucks there. In my personal opinion, these are my go tos in Reno. Yes, they are $3.50 per taco but well worth it. The portions surpass all the others. Cabeza are my favorite. They also do Carne Asada Fries with the steak fries, NOT the little stringy fries. If Carne Asadas not your get down, ask for Cabeza Fries (thats what I do). I've tasted most of their dishes: their Hamburguesa Chilanga, burritos, etc. Im telling you, good. Service is great, great staff. They are usually there Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6pm - 11ishpm. Unless they have a private gig going. I suggest you call ahead to confirm. As of now they reign supreme!
