I’ve been a loyal customer here, spending hundreds of dollars over time on juice cleanses and individual juices. I recently bought a juice I’ve had many times before, and when I got home, it tasted completely off. I know what it’s supposed to taste like, and this wasn’t it.
When I went back to the store to try to return it and buy a different juice, the staff wouldn’t let me exchange it. They only offered me $0.50 off a new juice, which felt pretty disappointing considering the situation and how much I’ve supported them over time.
I really expected better customer service, especially from a business that promotes health and quality. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking a break from coming here.
