Maybe don’t report other cat rescues for trying to rescue cats.

Disgusted she reported feral At Heart as spam which is a non profit organization to save hundreds of kittens! Voted number one non profit in reno. I used to support this cafe but not any longer! Why throw rescuers under the bus? I really want to know

Absolutely amazing spot, such a good Cafe, and even better kitties. Amazing vibe, definitely worth checking out and coming through! Just try to not leave with a cat!

We've been to Kitty Kisses several times and always enjoy going. The owner has created a warm inviting place for both humans and cats. There's no better therapy than cat snuggles and that is what Kitty Kisses provides in plenty.

They do sell drinks and snack, but the cats are the main event. Highly recommend this experience to all cat lovers.

Tip: for extra snuggles, book during the week, there aren't usually as many visitors as on the weekend and the cats tend to be a bit more interactive.

The kitty kisses cafe is one of my favorite places! So much so I started fostering for them 💖 The cats and their wellbeing always comes first! Before business or the cafe the cats are in phenomenal hands! It’s an amazing place to visit and an amazing place to foster for 🫶🏽 it takes a lot of amazing people and moving parts to give these cats the best quality of life!

My husband and I recently discovered Kitty Kisses Cat cafe, and had an absolutely delightful experience with the kitties! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cats were absolutely adorable, especially the gray one (Berlioz?) who greets you right by the door! We will definitely be back again soon!

We had a great time with the cats today. All were very sweet and happy. Great atmosphere and staff was excellent. Will for sure be back again for another visit.

Update: clearly this establishment does not take critique well. Replying to all bad comments constantly trying to defend themselves. Tells me to choose kindness, yet all their replies are unprofessional and rude. Typical.

Been a couple times, haven’t gone in a long time though cause the staff honestly makes it uncomfortable. Not a big fan on allowing no kids in the establishment either. Weird to always ask the public for donations yet, we can’t even bring our kids into your building.

Far above any cat cafe I've been to. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and informative, and of the course the were cats adorable. You can tell that they are taken care of and loved. The rules may seem strict, but make sense for the cat's safety and well-being. Highly recommend!

Kittens, cats, what's not to love?

I've been to several cat cafes around the country and this one is easily one of my favorites. I've been several times over the years, even before their rebranding, and I like how personal the experience has always been. It's never been too busy and I've always been able to make a connection with the cats. I know some other reviewers have complained about the experience being strict but having met and talked at length with the owner and staff I can confidently say it's out of love and care for the animals. The owner is a wonderful lady that goes above and beyond not only for the cats at the cafe but operates a rescue as well as working to help the feral cat colonies around Reno. If you love cats I cannot recommend this place enough and supporting them means supporting the betterment of cat lives around our community.

Not a bad place if you understand cat behavior. Each time I made a reservation, I read the rules as they change occasionally, and shared them with my partner to make sure we respect the establishment and enjoy our time there. Though given the standoffish nature of the staff, I cannot say we will be coming back. Its hard to relax when someone is watching you like you plan to rob them. Cats or no cats. And since I know I will get a response to this, please consider that I am indeed talking about you. There is a friendliness you need to bring to every interaction, and I haven't seen it from anyone but the older lady in the establishment. She holds, even initiates conversation, while no other human has that kind presence. I understand keeping the cats safe is your priority, but you should trust the cats to assert their boundaries, trust your posters listing the limitations with the cats (ex: Duchess) and respect the space of your customers. Also, why are you eating lunch in the cat room, drawing all the cats to you to beg for food, when paying customers came to see the cats? When your rules state customers can't eat around the cats anyway? Drinks are allowed, I've had them. It clearly states in the policy that no human food is allowed in the room. I double checked while writing this review. To summarize, be friendlier with people, trust your policies and your residents (cats) to set their boundaries, and back off of people while they are in the lounge. There's supervising, and then there is hovering.

Very nice attendants! Went here for my birthday and was not disappointed! Paid the extra 5 dollars for the Kitten Cottage and was so worth it! Smells a little funny but it is a small price to pay to be able to hang out with such cute cats!!
