Great little place to hang out, most all the cats are adoptable, the kittens are all adoptable, they all have their primary vaccines, spayed and neutered and microchipped!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff were nice, welcoming, and very informative. You get an hour to hangout with the cats and play with them. They do have a few rules you should look at before going. You also need to fill out a waiver prior to your visit.

This place is such a great place to come to and relax. They take great care of all their cats. They do a great job of making everyone feel welcomed and explain all the rules personally before you enter. You can’t help but fall in love with all the cats.

My girls and I had a rough experience visiting the cat cafe. We were watched under a microscope and secretly charged for ‘breaking the rules’ after we left. The owner accused my child of behavioral issues and me of negligent parenting neither of which are true. The owner responds to criticism by attacking the merit of the complaint and diminishing customers character so prepare yourself for these things ?Kallie, why are you so insistent on attacking the character of my party and other customers? You are so judgmental of humans for someone who has such tolerance and love for animals. And you teach yoga? That is surprising after seeing your negative actions and responses to customers constructive cristicism. Good luck when karma comes

Fantastic place, and one of me and my wife's favorite places in the city. The owner is friendly and helpful, and takes excellent care of the cats. The work done here is so immensely important, and if there's any small business in the area deserving of your support, its this one. Please be aware that these are not only cats, but rescue cats; they need love, but also need space and to have their boundaries respected. #freeduchess

Cats are adorable and very sweet, facility is lovely. Be forewarned that the Precious Paws shelter team will NOT adopt to families with children under the age of 8, regardless of what you may be told in the cafe itself. The Precious Paws shelter team also does not respond in a timely fashion to inquiries. The Enchanted Cat Cafe is a lovely place with really delightful people and cats, but they are strictly affiliated with Precious Paws, with whom we did not have a good experience.

One of my favorite spots in Reno! I love to visit the cat lounge with my friends and hang out on their comfy couches, chat, drink tea, pet the cats, and feed the cats treats. I'd also recommend checking out their monthly events like the adult coloring night. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and relaxing. The owners and attendants are super friendly and welcoming. It's clear that they care a lot about their cats and visitors!

I loved it, I have come here twice and both times were great. The atmosphere of the cafe is very nice and calm and so is the cat area.The cat area smells a little strong, that is to be expected with animals I think (you can't smell it from the cafe area it's closed off)! They had a lot of choices in drinks and the staff was nice and I had lovely conversations with them.They have events like craft day and bingo. There is a spot where items can be bought like merch, loose leaf tea, coffee, and more! The prices are pretty good!

Delightful experience. I took a friend for her birthday as she is a mutual cat lover. We spent too much time with the kitties and didn't have enough time for the older and resident cats. Would like to go back soon. Also like to help support all they do for the cat community! We didn't have food but the chocolate chai was wonderful!
So easy to sign up and pick a time. When you get there they make you feel at home and are great at communicating what to do. When you go in the room you are welcomed by a lovely lady who is so knowledgeable about all the cats. My daughter who is six is obsessed with cats and she got she got to pet and play with some of the cats. For $5 you can go into the kitty room and play with the kittens. We had such a good night and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to adopt or just to hang out with some kitties. Great place!
