Escape Lounges - The Centurion Studio Partner RNO

Organized and clean smaller lounge with Amex lounge. The food selection for dinner isn’t great however the food is pretty fresh and tastes good for being a benefit of a card I have anyways. Where the lounge really shines is the service and drink selection. The bar is clean with incredibly quick service who know their stuff when it comes to drinks. Connie was amazing in the lounge when it came to answering any questions, restocking the food and clearing plates. She was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure that not only myself but those around me were comfortable and welcome. While the lounge is small and I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to buy a pass same day (they are cheaper by $10 if you buy it online versus in person) the service (especially Connie) was better than what I’ve gotten in many other full fledged Amex lounges.

I realy like the Reno (RNO) Escape Lounge. It’s nice, very convenient and easy to get in and out. Connie and Debbie were great !!! Very friendly, great service and ensured the Lounge is orderly and clean.
