This was my first time at Reno Airport, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an Escape Lounge that’s part of the Amex Lounge Network. I joined the waitlist right away, and the line moved fairly quickly. Once inside, the food really stood out—exceptionally good for an airport lounge, especially compared to many lounges outside of Asia. The lounge also offers a nice view, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to spend some time before a flight.
Overall, a great experience and a welcome surprise at Reno Airport.

The Reno airport is the absolute worst lounge I have visited in my many travels throughout the world. The staff is anything but accommodating and completely unprofessional. I visit this lounge often in the evenings before a redeye flight. The only interest is to ensure they are positioned to get out of there as quickly as possible. The food isn’t fresh nor is it replenished properly especially during the later hours. The lounge is very small which isn’t an issue. The concern is they try to stack chairs on top of tables often up to :90 mins prior to closing. Very disappointing and I expect much more from an AMEX Lounge.

Don’t fly out at night. They stop putting food out at 8pm even though they close at 10. No turkey (don’t eat ham/pork) empty. Refer to pictures

Normally 5 stars- today is much different. No one would ask me if I wanted a drink, then was told I could go to the bar and wait for it. Yet others around me were served drinks. Meanwhile, several employees congregated at the front complain about their tips, entitled guests, stating they wish they could close now- 3 hours earlier. I’ve never experienced this here before. Those around me keep looking back when certain things are said loudly by staff hanging out. Amy is the supervisor leading this behavior. A couple staff are working hard and not their fault.

Visited this lounge a few times and it’s always underwhelming. This visit was the same. Food has been sitting out for hours. The floors, tables, and seating were dirty.

This was the best lounge experience I’ve ever had. Check-in was quick, smooth, and stress-free, and I got greeted as soon as I walked in. The vibe was clean, chill, and work-friendly. I was there around lunchtime, and even with it being midday, it wasn’t too crowded, which was a huge plus.

The seating was pretty average, but the space was well kept and easy to settle into if you needed to work or just decompress. The food smelled amazing, and once I grabbed a plate… yeah, it tasted just as good. They had plenty of drink options too, which is always a win.

Casey, Angie, and Connie really took care of me — super friendly, easy to talk to, and they made the whole experience feel personal. If I’m ever back in Reno, I’m 100% pulling back up just to see them again.

Adam, Angie and the rest of the staff were amazing. Wish there was a way to tip electronically.

Not your typical centurion lounge. This is a shared facility. Very limited food selection but adequate bar. When your flight is delayed 3 hours, you are happy it is there!

Casey was excellent! She advised me what was out to eat when I sat down. Asked if I wanted a drink and was next level customer service! Give that girl a raise!

It isn't the largest, but you have extremely friendly staff and everything is delicious.

It truly is an escape from the, sometimes, hectic world just outside of the lounge. The time I was able to spend in there was a great gift and I appreciate it so much. Thank you for all that you do!

One of the best Amex lounges I’ve been in. Great service from the bartender and the food was actually phenomenal, big shout out to Mario for providing great service and food.
