This tiny lounge is frequently crowded. There is a needlessly complicated process:
1. Get QR code through Amex App (this might be optional)
2. Arrive at lounge entrance. Scan QR code on the sign, enter all your data, join virtual queue.
3. Wait for queue.
4. Go to desk and show everything again, card, boarding pass, QR code.
5. Enter lounge, no seats available, leave.

Had a wonderful time waiting for my flight in this lounge. Casey, Adam, and Angela were so hospitable and immediately offered me a drink as I got situated. It was clean and peaceful.

-The food is always amazing. Little cast iron dishes and always packed with protein and greens.
-It is very small and can fill up during peak times mid day.
-Available after your flight!!
-parties larger than 2 can get it pretty crowded

This lounge is perfect for a preflight snack and cocktail. Jasmine is great and makes the visit especially pleasant.
