Normally 5 stars- today is much different. No one would ask me if I wanted a drink, then was told I could go to the bar and wait for it. Yet others around me were served drinks. This was the best lounge experience I’ve ever had. Check-in was quick, smooth, and stress-free, and I got greeted as soon as I walked in. The vibe was clean, chill, and work-friendly. I was there around lunchtime, and even with it being midday, it wasn’t too crowded, which was a huge plus.
