I am just happy to be on earth while there is a Fat Tuesday at my vacation spots.

Posted business hours are meaningless. The hotel directory lists the hours as closing at 8 pm. Arrived at 7:15 and the store was already thoroughly closed.

I watched the employee pour the wrong flavor into my refillable cup, and when I told her she got it wrong, she told me that she can’t pour it out. I had to pay full price to get what I didn’t ask for so I could have my cup back. Awful customer service.

They got our order completely wrong and told us we had to pay for it to get our cup back.

They had THE best service out of all the places in GSR! Everyone was friendly and smiling. They had a great selection of drinks to choose from and were helpful in deciding what mixes would be good.

Omar is the best!!!!!! I heard about Fat Tuesday from Tik Tok and was so excited when I saw it in the casino at GSR. Omar gave me samples and suggestions and was so friendly and personable. So was his manager! This drink and the entire experience chatting with them and trying drinks made my whole day!

Austin the front desk supervisor wonderful and to the main review. Her name is Rose in housekeeping who works the evening shift. She’s a very wonderful employee who takes pride in her work. Thank you for having her as a guest room attendant she has courteous and that’s her job wonderfully she work swingshift.

We always enjoy staying at GSR! It’s a clean, well-lit casino floor. Staff is plentiful and friendly! There are lots of amenities in addition to the casino: a clean, well maintained hotel, with a large swimming pool, there’s a bowling alley, shopping mall, a nightclub and a theater for shows.

Let me start off by saying I used to go here all the time and loved it BUT it has gone downhill fast! My girlfriend and I ended our anniversary trip by meeting up with some friends so we decided to stay here. What we didn’t know was it was going to ruin the end of our first anniversary! First off we waited in a 1 hour line to try and check in before we got out of it because we had reservations! We figured we would check in when we got back and we tried, but that didn’t go well! When I gave them my name the lady at the front desk acted confused and walked away from me for 15 minutes while she was in the back, she came back and we were off to the room just to walk into a room that was not vacant!! The room had the tv on with imprints of someone sitting on the bed, a crib, dirty towels on the floor and sink, and full garbage cans!! So we went back down stairs where we didn’t end up getting a room until 1 am!! I spoke to serval different workers and they all told me they couldn’t compensate us. The night manager told me to come back and talk to her at 4 am to figure it out when we didn’t get a room until 1 am!!!! Completely unacceptable for nobody at the front desk to be on the same page! Really left a sour taste in our mouths especially since it was our first anniversary
