Posted business hours are meaningless. The hotel directory lists the hours as closing at 8 pm. Arrived at 7:15 and the store was already thoroughly closed.

I watched the employee pour the wrong flavor into my refillable cup, and when I told her she got it wrong, she told me that she can’t pour it out. I had to pay full price to get what I didn’t ask for so I could have my cup back. Awful customer service.

They had THE best service out of all the places in GSR! Everyone was friendly and smiling. They had a great selection of drinks to choose from and were helpful in deciding what mixes would be good.

Omar is the best!!!!!! I heard about Fat Tuesday from Tik Tok and was so excited when I saw it in the casino at GSR. Omar gave me samples and suggestions and was so friendly and personable. So was his manager! This drink and the entire experience chatting with them and trying drinks made my whole day!
