If I could give this bar a negative star I would I use to love coming here but with the new bartender it's god awful I went there last night with some friend and the service from the bartender was horrible he was rude and he left alcohol on top on the bar and only we only got service if we asked. I will NOT be going back there again also I watch the bartender kick someone out and then follow that person out of the bar and try to provoke that person he's a horrible person and that is another reason why I won't be returning 💔 I didn't feel safe after that and left promptly after that.-5 STARS

We come to Reno once a year and this is one of our favorite spots to stop at. This year we got a hotel closer to Filthys then downtown just to visit more. But the lady working was a lot! We ended up not stopping back in. The atmosphere with the backpack people with dogs was odd. The purple hair lady (Catherine??) was obviously buzzed up. Nice lady but just a lot. We will definitely come back by and visit another time.

I love a good local dive bar,nand I was not disappointed. Sometimes you walk in as a stranger and are treated as such. I felt welcomed and included in all the things. Jacob is a ray of sunshine and put a college football game on the TV for me. Great spot with friendly people. I will be back.

To say this is the friendliest, happiest, and has the best food truck I town would be an insult on the McNasty name! Not only do they have the world famous Bloody Mary by bubba, the #1 burgers by Barrio burger, and the absolutely best bar owner in the world, they have the friendliest regulars, and new comers you can meet. Any given day you will meet someone from another part of the world who came to filthys because of its outstanding reputation. Want a fun night and loud music, come on in. Want to play some of the best pool players in the state, come on in. Want to bring your four legged friend with you? COME ON IN! So do yourself a favor, come on down and join the mcnasty family! Half off all double priced drinks daily!!!
