I enjoyed it a lot. Ordered the large Buffalo tender fries to share with my BF. Classic Buffalo. They do the Buffalo sauce right. I personally recommend. Please give them a shot. Idk why so many bad reviews on here. Someone commented that it's super ran down inside and dirty. It's definitely not. It's a clean safe place to eat and the cashier was super friendly. My ONLY critique is that the chicken was a bit overcooked but it wasn't enough to make it taste bad. The prices are fair. It's a couple bucks cheaper than what you'd pay at another chicken place like Wing Stop. I will be back.

I scheduled my food for pick up at a certain time. Get a text 20 minutes early saying food was ready. I go to pick it upb when I scheduled it and employees are outside smoking at the table. I wait inside for them to come attend me, which was a few minutes. I get the food and get home, of course it's cold and soggy, but I was also missing items from my order.

I'm going to be curt. What a dirt hole. Filthy, nasty, tables were broken, wobbly and just plain greasy and dirty. I felt I needed a tetanus shot after going into the bathroom. The smell alone was enough to knock a buzzard off a dumpster at 20 yards. The service was average, the food was average, the atmosphere was terrible. Empty, cold, dirty, unexciting, no energy. I will never return here.

Ordered 25 wings and a large garlic fries. We got the order and there was no fries and 2 missing wings… we told the guy get us our fries and refund the money because we had to wait another 30 minutes to get our food and turns out they just refunded and didn’t get our food that we were WAITING for. What a joke definitely do not recommend this place.

Ordered delivery and got 4 flavors of boneless wings, fries and stuffed jalapeños. The wings were so dry and I could barely taste the sauce. My kids also weren’t fans of their wings, which they said were dry too. The fries were pretty good, and the stuffed jalapeños were ok - nothing special.

So came in for lunch expecting a great environment and boom super dull and dead employees seem inconvenienced by me ordering food like I interrupted there talk about life, so I ordered the Chicken Sandwich she asked what flavor I said Nashville Hot she said oh sorry we haven’t had that in a few years but it’s in there menu I asked for blue cheese was also told they don’t have it. Got my Sandwich and for $14 this has to be a joke I think KFC serves a better sandwich the cooks were all sitting out at the counter when I walked in so as a overall experience I would have to give this place a honest review of 1 Star ⭐️ if your gonna be a business in Reno area do better service and make better food it’s almost borderline false advertising
