Have you ever been served an ice cold Cheese Steak? After being asked for a tip and a round up on my dollars I waited 20 minutes for a ice cold sandwich I couldn't eat.I gave it back to them and asked for my money back.Uncooked beef does wonders to you. Maybe pay attention to your product instead of how much money you can squeeze out of your customers.

For the third time in a row they did not have sweet tee prepared ay the 6 pm hour. Staff was informed that this is an ongoing problem and sweet tee dispensers prominently displayed. When we asked what seemed to be the problem, clerk responded that they did not know how to make it.

Food is always good, however, not nearly good enough to justify the wait times. 5 employees behind the counter and still 15 minutes for a sandwich and a bowl of soup. Unfortunately, this is not a one-off at the Damonte Ranch location. You can walk into a totally empty restaurant, and 4 people are working. You will still wait at least 10 minutes for a single sandwich.

Love Firehouse subs, as a FD retiree I know local agencies benefit from their foundation. I love the Steamer and they have the BEST loyalty program. Today is my B-Day and I just got my free sandwich.
Thanks to all the awesome welcoming staff this is my home store, and it the best but I do eat at them all across the country!

I walk in 15 minutes before the website said my order would be ready and sit down under the sign that says pick up. They clear the line several times, ask people that come in after me if they're there to pick up. So finally they clear the line, no one new comes in,.and circle up and start a fascinating conversation. I go over to the order area 8 minutes after my order was supposed to be done and ask if they would start my order. They take me over and show me my fifty odd dollar order that had been sitting in the open next to the Grub Hub sign for about 25 minutes or so. Accidents happen but the laughing as the door shut behind me is why I'm posting a review. The food was fine, but cold, plenty edible.

5 people on staff, 4 hanging out in the office while 1 actually making sandwiches (SLOWLY) while the line stacks up. 20 minute wait to pick up my online order that should’ve been ready on arrival. UPDATE, multiple customers that arrived after me, ordered and received their orders while I’m still waiting 25 minutes plus. TOTAL JOKE of customer “service.”

My experience at Firehouse Subs Damonte Ranch in Reno was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we placed our order, it was evident that the employees lacked any sense of urgency. They were goofing off and stood around for a staggering half an hour before even starting on our sandwiches. To make matters worse, I witnessed another customer's order being lost entirely, adding to the chaos and inefficiency. As for my own sandwich, it was a far cry from fresh. The ingredients seemed stale and lacked any flavor. This visit was a complete letdown, and I have no intentions of returning to such a poorly managed and tasteless establishment.
