Today was my first time ordering from here, I wish I would have grabbed the gentlemen's name who helped me out. He recommended the spicy Cajun chicken sandwich and it was great! I also decided to try their new fries, also good. They also have coke freestyle machines which is sick because you have several answers.

Love Firehouse subs, as a FD retiree I know local agencies benefit from their foundation. I love the Steamer and they have the BEST loyalty program. Today is my B-Day and I just got my free sandwich.
Thanks to all the awesome welcoming staff this is my home store, and it the best but I do eat at them all across the country!

We walked in, smiled at the person behind the counter, who proceeded to turn around and wipe the counter for several minutes while we waited behind him to order. It got to the point where we had to say something to ask if we could order. Separately, they got our order wrong. We didn't want to wait any longer, so we just ate what they gave us and kept it moving. Would not recommend this place.
