I have always loved Firehouse food. It is unfortunate the prices have gone up so high in the past few years.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews& don’t unless an extreme case. I am still at a loss for words. Listen it seems no one gives a crap anymore about their jobs, they don’t care if order wrong, slopped together, NOTHING! There’s absolutely no excuse for this, this screams we don’t give a crap about people who comes here! I challenge staff to take a moment to think how’d you feel spending $15 on this pathetic sub, really just bread with slight hint of toppings. I’m from Michigan & I promise you Firehouse there has ALWAYS been consist& great. This location has consistently kicked out shameful food. I guess owners don’t care about earning loyal customers& being proud/honorable. That only goes so far in this world before you get canceled. Don’t forget it’s us customers that decide if you stay in business or not!

My family and I came here for the first time a few weeks ago, all excited to try a new spot! We honestly felt that all of our subs were very expensive for 1-2 tiny pieces of meat on the tiny pieces of bread (we got mediums), with little to no toppings. We all got different sandwiches from the menu and we all felt like there was a strange lack of food on our plates. We left hungry and in agreement that we would never come here again. We hope it was a one-off bad experience but it was honestly so bad that we talk about it to this day. We will never come here again, there are plenty of local sandwich shops in town that actually serve you what they advertise on their menu for a fair price. This place was awkward, empty, and didn’t serve us the sandwiches advertised on the menu. Not worth the time or the price.

came to get my hook and ladder sub 😀 it's one of my favorites from Alex and the staff was amazing and Wilder did amazing job letting me know about the donations and how it helps our fire fighters. Love them all thank you 💖

Experience was okay, had a bit of a bummer when I got something incorrect but it's alright, over all service is good, just hope that the staff was more kind about the inaccuracy.

Most awkward dining experience Ive had. Excited to try for the 1st time. Arrived @ 8:30, it looked closed (lights lowered, chairs tipped, 0 customers) tried to ask female employee through window if closed. Stared at me without response. Opened door and asked if it was closed. No answer. The female cashier seemed confused when I ordered. Spoke so soft and stared down I honestly didn't know if she got my order or if they were actually open after asking again. The most awkward feeling not getting a response to questions. Medium Italian sub, chips, large drink $19.52! Filled my drink. Forced to stand because all chairs were upside down. Drank half my drink waiting and went to refil. They told me they took the nozzle of soda machine so I could not refill. Asked sub maker when they closed he said 9. I get wanting to be prepared to close but not having any seats or refills is a bit far. The sub was pretty good. Better than most subs Ive had. Do not plan on coming back though. I've never felt so awkward in my life lol ?

Amanda the night shift manager treated me with respect and greeted me and had a smile on her face the whole time :) I'm giving 5 stars because of the great customer service here at this location
