Firehouse Subs Keystone Commons

I got a to-go order and when I got home to eat the sandwich, I saw that they completely forgot to put the meat on the sandwich. How does one forget to put the main ingredient on a sandwich?! Considering this was my first time ever there, it will also be my last. This is the Fire House Subs Keystone in Reno.

Really great sub!! I had Turkey Bacon on a wheat roll. Service was terrific and the seating area and bathroom clean. Much better than waiting forever at In-N- Out. This is my new favorite!!!!

ok so the sandwich tasted great, however I was flabberghasted at how stingy the toppings were, don't get me wrong, it was'nt cheap but for damn sure if I wanted to eat like I fireman gimme a sandwich with something more than what I could floss out some bad molars then charge me for it. No self respectting fireman could satisfy the caloric needs of putting out a fire and or carrying someonee down a flight of stsirs.. but not both! In no way did the sandwich resemble the menu photo,

This place is always clean and I always get my delicious sandwiches really fast. I’m absolutely obsessed with the hot sauce selection. I often take the time to blend a few hot sauce together to make the perfect sauce for my sandwich!

We frequent Firehouse and the location on keystone is the best. We especially appreciate the service of Jez and Hannah. There are both so welcoming and helpful!

Parking absolutely sucks!! you drive anything bigger than a Honda civic your going to have trouble parking if it's a little busy.

Already on the freeway back to CA. The sandwich still tales like bell peppers after you ask for no bell peppers. Added fries and those were great, but thw 14 dollar sandwich was money wasted. There weren't a lot of orders but the 20 minute wait for this is just ridiculous when I can't eat the result. LAME.
