The Eddy needs to dump this pizza place ASAP. Firetrail Pizza has hands down the most disrespectful employee I’ve ever witnessed representing them. I will never order from here again and will encourage everyone I know not to either. Way overpriced for the small size of the pizza, not fully cooked through, and the worst possible service you can imagine.

I did not like the pizza at all. The oven is electric. Pizza is the size of a paper plate and when I picked it up the toppings and cheese fell off. Disappointing and overpriced.

They only have 10 inch pizzas now and it's overpriced. Definitely not worth it.

The best thing about this place is its location at The Eddy. It's nice to have a pizza option to have along with the beers here. The pizza is fine. I would not order it to take home because there are many other pizza options in town that I prefer. But I like that you have the option to add greens with olive oil and sea salt on top because it tastes good, seems healthier, and makes you feel fuller. I think the overall taste of the pizza is influenced by who is making it that day. I've had the same type of pizza taste great some days and just ok other days.
Fantastic Customer ServiceMargherita Pizza is ?????Prices are very reasonable considering the freshness and quality of the ingredients!Highly Recommend

Pizza place at the Eddy. 1 employee which was fine because it was slow, but she wasn't friendly. like she didn't want to be there. $5.50 for a slice of BBQ Chicken pizza and it was out in 5 minutes which was great. SMALL!! Smallest slice i've ever been served...for $5!! It tasted great but I finished in 5 bites- literally. pls do the math. not worth it.

The pizza was OK, but with so many other truly great pizza options already in Reno, there's no reason I would ever return here again. Tried the Margherita and the Prosciutto, Pear + Gorgonzola pizzas. They both tasted like decent dough with some decent toppings on top and nothing more. I don't know how else to explain it, but if you've ever had a pizza that doesn't come together as one synergistic whole and instead just feels like a pile of ingredients on bread, this was like that. It wasn't bad, just underwhelming and a little lacking in flavor. The pizzas are really small FYI, probably not enough for more than one person each. Priced about the same for what you get as similar wood-fired pizzas in Reno.
