Tried to get the Rams/Colts game put on a TV behind the bar. One TV was playing an infomercial and no games. I was offered the back table where it’s difficult to get served, plus I was gonna gamble a bit at the bar. After sitting for 7 minutes, the blond with tattoos asked if I’ve been helped. I then asked where the game could be put on. She came back with a smart ass comment about the Rams game being on one of the TVs, and then walked away, implying the I should get up and go looking for it away from the bar, while right behind her had a TV with an infomercial. I got up to see if it was on around the other side of the bar. Another 4 minutes. Infomercial still playing. Offered the back table by the shorter older dark haired lady who seems to manage the place. Just couldn’t be bothered to put it on at the bar. I’m a lifelong resident of Reno and have frequented the FTP for years. I always tip generously. I will NEVER step foot in another one of their establishments.

Food is delicious, but our waitress needs repeated prompting to give us our water. It took us reminding her 3 times to finally bring the water. Last time it was malt vinegar. I'm actually concerned for our waitress's memory issue - remembering only 3 out of 5 items 5min apart is very unusual.

I have been coming to this particular location for the last 5 years, because it’s convenient and close to home. Tonight was the worst and just put a bad taste in my mouth for the whole local restaurant chain.
I ordered fish tacos, and my girlfriend ordered a burger with a side salad. We waited 20 minutes while our server stood around bullshitting. Mind you, they weren’t that busy. Our food sat in thr warmer for 10 minutes. We could see the burger.
When the food came out we got a hot salad and mushy cold fish tacos. A manager came and told us it was because of fight our food was late coming out, but no one from the kitchen dealt with the fight at the bar. So they lied about that, and at the end of it all… they knew they messed up and comped the bill. I will never go back to any of these local shitty chain. There are plenty of other options .

I stopped here while I was in town for work. I stopped in on a Tuesday and took advantage of their carne asada taco deal. The tacos were average street taco size and went down easy. The green salsa they came with was very flavorful and had just the right amount of kick.
