I had a really disappointing experience at Frankie Fruit Bar in Reno. It was difficult to place my order because the staff didn’t speak much English, and instead of trying to help, they came across as rude and uninterested. There was basically no customer service at all. As for the food, it wasn’t worth it. The smoothie I ordered had very little flavor—I honestly make better ones at home. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other spots in town with better service and better-quality drinks.

This place is THE place to get your respados, helados and savory snacks. The service is great, fast, patient and kind. The storefront is simple, cute, and CLEAN. It is our favorite place to go for a sweet Mexican treat. I will never not love this place!
