We waited a half hour for a table, even though it wasn't busy. Then we had to wait almost 40 minites before someone even came over to get us drinks. Then another 30 mins to get the food. It was also pretty expensive. The bowl has to fit all the veggies and meat, which doesn't make sense to me. Not enough food for the price for sure.
I do like their selection, but everything else was pretty frustrating. I won't be coming back.

Not happy way overpriced and my food was not enjoyable umm just not happy with the cabbage overbearing my food veggies were not fresh basically at the bottom of the bearl trying to get any veggies and they were soggy payed 30$ for plate in pic bowl looks funky because i was digging out my meat just not happy i still left a tip tho. No hard feeling

The food was not bad, albeit very mild for a dish advertised as spicy. My main concern is that it was very expensive for what we got. Additionally, my family ordered a mix of medium and small bowls, but they were all the same size. I don't know if that meant we got more than we ordered for the small dishes, or if they only gave a small portion for our medium bowls. I would have been happier with Panda Express--it is on-par for taste but costs half as much.

Used to live this place- Absolutley disappointed! From paper plates and straws to lack of ingredients and options, NOT worth the price!

Went in for a GrubHub order a couple of months ago. I was mocked by the staff and waited literally 35 minutes for one little bowl of cooked meat. The hostess was rude and unprofessional and the patrons that frequent the establishment are low lifes.

We really like this restaurant chain, but this location could use some help. We have been coming to the Reno location since 2019. Cleaning and staff friendliness are areas I would start to improve. Our waitress spoke so softly during our last visit that it made it very difficult to communicate. She had to repeat what she told us because it was difficult to hear her over the restaurant noise. As a server she should be speaking louder. Some of the ingredients didn't look very fresh this visit, so I opted to forego some of the meat choices. They no longer have the crunchy Chinese chow mein to top with. I didn't see sunflower seeds this time but I might be getting those confused with how Huhot offers the toppings. The table felt sticky. We will be back but it just wasn't surprising they weren't busy. We were there for an hour. 1 couple was at the bar the whole time. We were the only guests eating until about 10 minutes prior to leaving.

Every time I arrive at this restaurant the employees treat me very badly today, for example, I arrived and the restaurant was almost alone. I was waiting for the order and it seemed normal to take a chair. The tall employee Moreno approached me to tell me to move from the place because there were other people, which was a lie. Food delivery always takes 30 minutes or more, it's not the first time that's happened to me!! Super bad attention from the employees. I hope not to return

Found metal in my food! I went on my lunch break with my daughter and granddaughter and found a piece of metal in my bowl. I immediately notified the server and manager/owner Kevin. He was so rude and unprofessional. Insisting that it was just something that happens, demanding that I make another bowl, and refusing to take it off my check. Now why would I want another bowl? Now that I know your grill isn't properly maintained and leaving metal in the food? He then proceeded to threaten us that if we didn't pay the entire check (including the metal bowl incident) he would call the police? Really? We were two women and a baby? This was the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen from a restaurant owner? Do better. Your responsibility is to your customers and their safety, clearing missed that part in franchisee training.
