Service is good. Steak is sub-par. Categorically retirement themed. I feel few reasons to come here considering there's a Gold Dust West across the street

I love this place, 1st time here. I had the Tri-tip sandwich with mashed potatoes with brown gravy and a chocolate milkshake, it was great and so so good. My Server Trish was amazing, she kept checking on me to make sure that I was doing okay. Old classic dinner feel I’d call this place. It was a great first experience. I will definitely be coming back here when I’m in the area. They give you extra for your milkshake!!!! It’s like having two of them.Parking: There’s a very large parking lot so no need to worry about finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: Classic old dinner vibe, I’d highly recommend for families.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s easy to wheel a wheelchair to the front doors.

A Hidden Gem in Reno: The Gold 'n Silver Inn and RestaurantReview:Nestled within a frumpy casino amidst the backdrop of a "diverse" community (meaning I always buy two meals amongst my own for the meal-less patrons inhabiting the hallways) The Gold 'n Silver Inn and Restaurant shines as a true treasure in Reno. Despite its surroundings, this establishment is a beacon of nighttime foods excellence that Reno must cherish and protect! My experiences at the Gold 'n Silver Inn have consistently exceeded expectations. The restaurant boasts a menu that caters to all tastes, ensuring that every visit is a delightful culinary adventure. From breakfast classics to hearty dinner options, you'll find yourself spoiled for choice. One aspect that truly sets the Gold 'n Silver Inn apart is its impeccable service. The majority of the staff go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience. However, I must acknowledge that there have been instances, particularly during the night shift, where the head lady seems overwhelmed with her workload. It's evident that she's dedicated and hardworking, but the demands placed upon her often result in less-than-ideal situations. It's a testament to her dedication that she manages to navigate through it all, but I can't help but feel that additional support would alleviate some of the stress and prevent occasional mishaps because she's a boss and always pulls thru, but my coffee shakes, not so much! LolDespite this minor hiccup, the Gold 'n Silver Inn remains a standout dining destination in Reno. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking delicious food and warm hospitality. With its charming ambiance and exceptional offerings, you'll never leave disappointed.Warm regards,NaninaVegetarian options: Some, but not manyDietary restrictions: Not many, this is a classic dinerKid-friendliness: Nope, in a casino.... So I'd go but only if that's the only option...Skip is you have options for kiddosWheelchair accessibility: Disability friendly!

It's billed as the oldest diner in Reno. We went on a Monday around 11:00am. Fairly busy with a lot of regulars. Pancakes are huge. Food was good... nothing fancy. Staff was on the ball.

Here to reply the comment showed in the picture.Seems that this restaurant is still very proud after serving customers BAD FOOD and DIRTY glass. You are obligated to provide good clean food and tableware as a restaurant. Need I tell you that? Your customers' respect and kindness needs to be earned, but clearly you feel you are entitled to it. What a joke.Yes you should be grateful for our server, he's the only reason we didn't report you to food safety authority. No matter how sarcastic and sour you can be, doesn't changed the fact that you failed that day managing the restaurant.
