Great, great, great grilled cheese. Cool environment and lots of choices. I don't think you can choose anything bad here. If it's busy there can be a wait to receive your order however they don't sacrifice quality for speed. Very much worth the wait.

Really good quality food. The toast on the bread is perfect! Fries were amazing.Only 2 complaints. 1. The size of their water cups is pretty small. 2. They put their side salad in a to go soup container.. Makes it difficult to put dressing on and eat.

The service was great but the food was eh. I got the Jive Turkey and it was surprisingly kinda plain. Needed something else like onion which I may try next time. I also ordered garlic fries and the fries were soggy and barely tasted like garlic. The basil aioli sauce for the fries however was amazing! May try again in the future.

I've never been able to eat from there or see if it has gluten-free stuff but been hearing it's great

Very good grilled cheese sandwiches with lots of options to suit just about any taste. The parmisian garlic fries are good, maybe a bit garlicky for my taste. Pasta said is very good. Can be loud inside, conversation will carry. Speed of service is slow, I know it’s gourmet but it’s still a grilled cheese. We’ll definitely come back. Next time I’ll try the tomato soup.Kid-friendliness: Yes, kid friendlyParking: Limited, plan accordingly or park away and take the short walk

This restaurant used to be my favorite place to eat..absolutely delicious. however, I have celiac disease and they do NOT do a good job at preventing cross contamination. the first couple times I went, the owner was there and I had no problems, very nice person. so I'm not sure if it's just based on who's working on if I'll get sick or not. either way the inconsistency is not worth my health. If you don't have any allergies to gluten this is a great place to eat. just sad I can no longer trust it.

This is a part of the “Two Chicks” Restaurants around Reno. Right when I walked in the door, the person that took my order and another person working behind the counter, we’re super friendly and full of smiles. The person that took my order was efficient and competent. The person that made my sandwich brought it to me and told me that it looked great. It was outstanding! The restaurant was clean and reasonably priced. I love it!

Loved this place...but with the new packaging you need to eat there. Cheese stuck to the paper and the sandwiches were soggy..and the GF sandwich was not labeled. Not feeling great so not sure if they kept it separate. Definitely need to go back to the boxes though...sssooo much better!

Been a patron of GourMelt/Two Chicks for a number of years. The last two times I have been in the restaurant the sandwiches were not up to standard. I had a Mother Clucker and garlic parm fries. The sandwich was falling apart and very little garlic and parm on the fries. My husband ordered the pastrami and garlic parm fries. Once again falling apart and maybe a tablespoon of of sauerkraut on one part of the sandwich. Very very little garlic and parm on fries. Also, no iced tea available. Second day employee at register was overtaxed. Didn't want to make waves. So disappointed. It will be awhile before we go back.

Delicious sandwiches and fries. Haven't tried soups or salads yet. They have gluten free options and will ask if it's an allergy. They also have a GF dedicated fryer.

Really disappointed. They were super busy and their menu seemed excellent so i was excited. Who doesnt love melty cheese? The girl at the cash register forgot to hand us our cups and when I asked about it one of the girls plating the food grabbed the cups for us. That was nice but she used her super greasy glove and got grease all over the cups. Kinda gross. This restaurant is dedicated to grilled cheese but they dont take the time to melt the cheese or properly toast the bread? My husband and I spent $30 on two unmelted grilled cheeses. The tomato soup was also really bland. We ended up taking the sandwiches home and recooking them on our griddle at home. We threw the soups away and ate canned tomato soup. They were really busy and I understand wanting to get your guests served quickly but why would you do that at the expense of quality? We were told it would be a 25 minute wait which was fine for us. The food came out much faster but with disappointing results.Too expensive for rushed food.

Thought it would be great by reading their amped up menu! It's all fluff, you can't taste any of the different cheeses offered, they are burned, after paying a rediculous price for a cheese sandwich, both of us threw it away ,too burned to eat and chew!! Service is slow, very slow & prices are unreasonable for their take on a grilled cheese! Mine are 100000x better and cost about $5 to make MANY. Sprinkling parm cheese to coat AND BURN the outside is no great secret folks, would never pay that price for such lack of good simple sandwich again.

Just close this place up already. Three times in a row sandwiches have sat on the counter either waiting for fries or because person couldn't be bothered to call out the order. We are done!

Ok, this is the first time we ate here. I will go back as the sandwich menu looked awesome. You are able to pick ingredients for your own sandwich too. We ordered a ham, cheese, grilled onions, tomato grilled sandwich on sourdough to share, but it had mushrooms and no onions, I hate mushrooms, picked them out. It is fresh food , soo it took a little while to get our food. We ordered homemade tomato soup too,, the soup was very good. Yum!! Very tasty. Why 3 stars? , There was not a lot of focus on customer service, very noisy in the kitchen. Cold atmosphere in the dining room, metal chairs and tables. Brrrrrr!! All in All, the food was good!! Cozy, comforting food!!

They do make a pretty darn good grilled cheese sandwich. They have about 30 different recipes on the board. I had the make your own with Icky bread (must have local bread from Great Basin Brewery) cheddar, American, and Bacon. It was a giant melty glob of goodness. The fries are alright. Garlic fries are decent, but they will stay with you for the day. I had the pasta salad. That was about 8 pieces of oily pasta with a black olive in it. In short Gilled Cheese is amazing, but expensive. The rest is ok.
