BLT Extraordinaire! BLT gourmet! BLT exceptional! Did I mention the BLT? OMG! There are other things other menu, but I plan to binge on their BLT's until maybe the end of time! The B is so delicious and the baguette that they put it on tastes like it just came out of the oven! We highly recommend!

After making reservations for this place ahead of time, we were excited to try it! We arrived slightly ahead of our reservation time and we were honestly disappointed on arrival. We stood at the host desk for at least 7 minutes without anyone making eye contact with us. There were staff members coming up to the desk and grabbing menus and other items but we were honestly ignored. It wasn't busy the night we went and we were pretty let down by our first impression. We were finally greeted and seated and frankly no longer excited to be there. We were greeted by our waitress and she completely turned our experience around for the better! She was upbeat and brought great energy. She made excellent recommendations and really knew her way around the whiskeys and wines offered. We started out with whiskey and wine flights. She explained each one and was very knowledgeable. She also made great food recommendations including mushroom flatbread and we were thrilled. Our waitress did a wonder job. I believe her name was Kelly. We really enjoyed our time aside from the hiccup in the beginning and will definitely be back for happy hour and their tasting events!

Short & Sweet....I went in for a cocktail before hockey. I wanted something nice and a black Manhattan was perfect! The bartender was nice. Could tell he was new but very polite and eager. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. The establishment is newer and really well kept. Definitely a fan of the cleanliness and aesthetic! Can't speak to the food as I haven't tried! But I'll be back!

Didn't get a chance to eat because our reserved table was given away and we were sat in the back by the bathrooms like leftovers. After waiting for someone to greet us at the table for about 10 minutes, we got up and left after water. We won't be going back.

Came in on the last night of vacation with my wife on a Tuesday night. Service was painfully slow. It took 20 minutes to get water and 30 for our drinks. Drinks and food were very good and we enjoyed the atmosphere but it bummed us out that our service was slow. Pricy food and drinks.

We’ve dined here several times and have only had mostly a wonderful experience. Siting at the bar has been a success everytime with excellent service and good vibe. Walking out into Rancharrah town center at the end of the evening is a nice setting too.The entrees are stellar and not overloaded with heavy sauces like some steakhouses in town. The cheese and meat boards are perfection. We finally saved room for dessert once and were very underwhelmed. The brownie tasted like the ones microwaved in a mug? When we asked for an additional scoop of ice cream, the server took off with the leftover brownie and replaced it with a scoop of ice cream which made us laugh because we didn’t care for it anyway so she saved us the calories I guess.
Grafted is Absolutely Amazing! This restaurant is over the moon fabulous. There food is on point. The freshness and satisfaction you get from eating each bit is worth every minute. They have the best Caesar salad in town. Their cheese board if full of tasteful cheeses, nuts, meats, fruits and sauces. They do a wonderful job of melding theses with yummy wines. Their Salmon is EPIC! I'm here for the food. I love a good cocktail or glass of wine. They have both. They make the best Old Fashion in town. I really enjoyed their champagne flight as well. They have an amazing collection of whiskey to try or drink. This is a perfect place for a small party, date night or girls night out. Can't wait for our next visit.

It was great. It is a contender for a good happy hour or even to take home. Nice and crunchy with delicious fresh ingredients, a great sauce - excellent. The chorizo mac and cheese was really good but a bit spicy for me with whole-sliced jalapenos. The muffaletta was really delicious. Considering that you can't get the "real" muffuletta bread again...west of the Mississippi...the baguette had the right combination of crunch and soft bread without being too much bread. The tamponade and meats together...wow! Delicious. I also ordered the beet salad. They plated the salad with my sandwich...I appreciated that forethought before I had 3 plates only on my side of the table! This salad was extraordinary - just delicious with generous slathering of goat cheese mousse as the base, yellow and red beets, cashews, micro greens with a light dressing. I loved this salad - super terrific!I am sensitive to venues that are loud. This was not as it was lunch time and not full but I imagine it would be have quite a loud volume on a busy night. It is lovely inside but I didn't see any acoustical elements that would work to absorb sound. Just fyi.
