I was so impressed with the service that I got with my server!!!!!!! My order was “mid-heard” and I am the type of person who just lets things go. However, the server refused, and gave me some veggies to go, because that’s what I really wanted and needed for my health! She is amazing, and so is your establishment! Thank you for a GREAT EXPERIENCE, a great lunch, and a lot of laughs! You all rock!

I've been at this restaurant twice. The first time I got the Diablo burger and My Fiancé got a club sandwich both were pretty good. The second time we ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken which was very bland and the General Tsao chicken which was absolutely terrible! Based on my last experience I will never eat her again. So disgusting!!! The cheesecake was so dry, there was no whip cream no syrup, just a couple strawberries and the cheesecake. Not to mention they forgot an item in our order and we had to walk back down from the 27th floor to the restaurant to get our missing item. I am giving this place two stars because the customer service was really great.

Lots of open table and no servers . Very slow and disregard a long line. I stayed at GSR and couldn’t make a phone or app order. Waited 30 minutes for a burger when hardly anyone around. Horrible smell of cigarette in the lobby.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily access

Second time eating here. Long wait to be seated even though there were many tables open... my daughter ordered the Alfredo... to add chicken was $7 more. I ordered a hamburger. Her Alfredo was just average (for $28!!) and the chicken was burnt and rubbery. My hamburger was actually good but the fries tasted like they had been fried in very old grease. I will not go there again. Atlantis and Peppermill both have much better food in thier casinos.

Maybe it was a bad day for everyone including the cook. It started with the host not knowing a lot of the answer to the questions or couldn't provide me answers answers to my questions. Then the waitress seemed to disappear and was never a attentive.

I went here after a concert recently with a friend...we ordered the fish and chips (extra crispy fish) meatballs, and pretzel appetizers... everything tasted great...the fish was excellent, the meatballs came in marinara sauce, and the pretzel came with beer cheese sauce... needless to say there were no leftovers... everything was fresh, hot and delicious!!

Great breakfast with two eggs, hash browns and bacon. The oatmeal was delicious with brown sugar, and golden brown wheat toast. Very good coffee too.
