Best Shakes in Reno Hands down!!!!I love their milkshakes especially on a warm Reno day. They have a limited edition one each month. Very high quality ingredients are used for these superior handcrafted shakes.Excellent customer Service. My only disappointment is this business has had a lot of bad luck since opening and does not have a consistent and reliable schedule. Their social media and online schedules are not accurate. Call before you decide to make a visit.

I was walking by to go find food I saw the menu from the window and had to come in and take a look. Their creativity of styles and toppings make this anything but a normal burger joint. And this shake is beyond any milkshake I've had in a long time. Stop by this spot!

The Restaurant goes good with hopping from bars. I made the mistake of going here first and not drinking a little and ended up going home early because I was so full from the meal. Go for the Burger #11 and replace soy burger with actual meat. Also, its best to replace the Vegan sauce with Ketchup and Mustard. I had small fries which were nice & Crispy. Medium drink was Vanilla Creme Soda but could have done water. Honestly, the meat sauce pairs well with dipping the fries. I would go again. Not required but, I would recommend tipping the chef and your food will come out better. (a little goes a long way)

Burgers and shakes, amazing. Food is very thoughtfully made and in some cases very healthy. I feel great even after stuffing my face. Milkshake of the month was great, I have had the donut one and it was better but the donut is more food.

Not good. Cheese steak had a bunch of hard chunks in it.

Nice atmosphere and a locally owner and operated business. Try their burgers and fries. Support a new business.

The Bahn Mi sandwich was incredible! I brought some friends along to check out this new spot for lunch and we were not disappointed. 10 out of 10 will eat here again.

Gourmet prices for pretentious food and fast-food service. I was wearing a T-shirt when I came in and the bartender hostess sneered at me because of the way I was dressed, not knowing that I don't like showing off my wealth, especially downtown. But she warmed up to me after I paid $35.00 for a burger and a beer. They handed a me a pager, because apparently despite the fact that the food takes a long time to cook, they can't be bothered to serve it to you, so you have to go pick it up yourself from the bar when they page you. So they paged me and my order, a blue cheese burger and garlic fries, came up. I was a bit turned off by the fact that they didn't even give me a plate, but just stuck the burger a wooden tray of dubious cleanliness since how do you properly wash wood? But I understand that this is some silly trend and they were trying to be hip. The burger was almost good except that for some weird jam or other sweet fruit preserves which clashed with the blue cheese. Savory and sweet do not mix. But again, I was willing to roll with it, since it wasn't bad just a little off putting. The garlic fries were actually pretty good too, but when I grabbed a squeeze-bottle of their house sauce from the table to squirt some onto my fries, the top came off the squeeze bottle and the greasy orange sauce exploded everywhere and got all over my clothes! Whoever had filled the bottle had neglected to screw the lid on properly. When I complained to the bartenders, they acted like they didn't know or care. I didn't even get an apology from these ungrateful people. They ruined my night after profiling me based on the T-shirt I was wearing, and then preceded to get their greasy sauce all over my T- shirt. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had been well-dressed on a date or entertaining business clients. They would have ruined my good clothes instead of the T-shirt they sneered at me over. I will never go back. The burgers at Silver Peak a block away are better, and they actually bring the burgers to you there.

My friend and I got racially stereotyped. I have been to places where my card and cash have been double-checked, and I completely understood. I had never felt so insulted or blatantly stereotyped as I did when I paid for my food here. First of all, I asked the cashier if I could pay cash. She paused and gave me a weird look. Eventually, she said yes. Once I gave her my money, she immediately said it was the wrong amount and wanted to give me back my money. After I told her I gave her the current amount, she finally checked the cash in her hand and said, "Oh yeah." She took her time studying the validity of money; again, I have no problem with this action. What pissed me off was after checking the cash for a few seconds, she said, "it's fake," and wanted to give it back to me, after I gave her a look, she quickly corrected herself and rechecked the money. Another thing that really hurts is that I tipped before this experience . Gave $10 in tip for a takeaway order. Also, it looks like they have other reviews about racist atmosphere this place has. I could not enjoy my food after receiving such racist treatment. Plus it was very greasy and clearly just rewarmed. I'm never coming here again and I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know and meet.

Don't bother calling to pick up anything or find out absolutely anything they do not answer their phone and I would encourage you to test what I'm saying. Test me they don't want your service and by the way they only got one star just because I have to give star. Not worth the money when you get it anyway. LOL waste your money if you dare

#handcraftedGourmetBurger I ventured to this dining experience on a hot summer day with a couple friends. First things first, the food presentation is top notch. If you browse the pictures we all snapped you will notice that this restaurant is very photogenic. Keep that in mind if you want a place to flex for your social media timeline. (I guess that's why there is a #hashtag in the name.) Though the food was good the word that comes to mind is overcompensation. There are a million options and from the pictures on the TV's it looks like there is a ton going on in each meal. Feeling adventurous I spring for the Mac&cheese burger. I would rate the burg a 6/10. The problem I had with this entree is the overpowering nature of the Mac and cheese. The noodles were very good, don't get me wrong, but with so many of them falling out of the burger it became a Mac and cheese with a side of buns. Photographs really well though and the Mac was tasty, did I mention that yet? Moving on Garlic, chips, fries whatever they were, gets a 4.2/5. They were good, my one issue is that at the bottom of the container was a small pool of oil, but I guess that's what makes them so tasty. Finally we have the Oreo milkshake. This was very tasty, but the paper straw is just not the way to experience THIS chocolate creation. 3.8/4 on the shake 13 out of 19 for the hashtag handcrafted Gourmet Burger Establishment. So that would translate to 6.84/10, so with some simple math you get yourself to a 3.42 out of 5; that gets rounded down to a 3 out of 5 stars. (Pictures include things that I did not review, but had to snap a photo because the presentation is top notch.) I really wanted to love this place, but liked it. I'd go back, but next time I'll order something "normal." Not a bad option if you like to make choices and big portions.

Best selection of burgers in town, including salmon, chicken, Impossible, and turkey!! You can also forego the bun and have a wrap if you prefer. By far the best onion rings and sweet potato fries I've had in a long time. And the staff is awesome, so friendly and helpful. We've been twice now and will keep going back.

This place is amazing, you can't go wrong with anything offered on the menu. It's all made to order with fresh ingredients and there isn't anything here that I've tried I haven't liked. The staff is great as well if you need help deciding what to get. Great views of the river as well! Highly recommend!
