Food is always on point. There is one server we've had a couple of times who is absolutely terrible, but even with her, the bussers take up her slack. It was interesting to tip out the bussers and leave her hanging. Otherwise every experience has been absolutely wonderful.

This shop is amazing. Truly amazing food and reasonable prices. This is a fun stop with an amazing staff and awesome atmosphere. I highly recommend I come often and the whole menu is delicious.

I'm a big fan of ramen and probably spent hours researching ramen spots in Reno - I'm so glad I found Haru! Sure, there are better ramen restaurants in the world, but you won't find them in Reno and they will charge double the price. Haru is definitely the go-to place when you're in the mood for a savory and delicious bowl. Broth and meat are both excellent, I've tried three different types of ramen so far. P.S. Don't sleep on the pork katsu onigirazu!
