We had to keep hounding the estimator to give us an estimate. Our kitchen floor was an insurance job after boiling hot water broke a bowl and the water landed on the wood laminate floor. We were very clear that we needed an estimate for the demo and replacement of the same style floor so we could get reimbursed from the insurance company. But, then we wanted to upgrade to a nice tile floor to replace the laminate at our cost beyond what the insurance payment would be. I had to keep calling and asking for the estimate. It was never done correctly, as I had asked for the estimate to be only what the insurance would cover. I never could get a straight answer as to exactly what the estimate that was finally provided to us covered. It was very confusing and frankly of no use to us or the insurance company. Then I was supposed to get a call from their design person which took three days. By that time, we had given up and had signed with another contractor. I'm hoping the owner sees this so that maybe they can change their treatment of customers to be the sort of customer service that everyone wants.

Been there multiple times .. but it's always closed ! it's a hard location for a restaurant. Many restaurants and concepts have been unsuccessful there . But anyway, alas this will probably be closed soon . .. recently a sign says closed for repairs. ?

Vibes here are so nice. I got to meet the chef and this guy is great. These tater tots were done so excellently. portion size was so generous. I didn't finish my meal and I took some home and even 30 minutes later they're still some crunchy and just the texture on the inside. It's the best representation of a tater tot.The sandwich is good. Great ingredients. The sauce come out perfect for the tots very good and for the sandwich.I love the layout that they core The Vibes here. Photographers and models this is the place in Reno. ?????

The previous reviews are spot on. Great and surprising location and food. Their take on a double burger patty melt was wonderful and they way they cut/shape/fry and season the French fries alone makes it worth checking out. I will be back.

The birria ramen is 5 stars itself. Instead of the usual light consume they make an actual soup broth loaded with chili peppers which is great. Everything else I tried was good but nothing that was spectacular. Service was great.

Haven't been in about 1 yr due to switching gyms. It was excellent and I plan to start going back. Very creative, abundant and tasty food was well priced. Oscar and his mother were very professional and efficient and friendly. Well priced

Was not open. Hours online different than actual hours. It's on second floor of fitness spa/gym.

RENO HOT SPOT The buzz around this little cafe has been making the rounds lately. With 85 reviews and 5-stars, can you go wrong? Owning a small business is full of challenges and bad days. Closing your doors for a few days because your refrigeration goes down is just one of them. We made it in on the first day he reopened. He was a one-man show. He didn't have his full kitchen and main fridge was still down. So it was only burgers and Sammie's. We tried three items: The grilled chicken sandwich. Tasty and moist chicken with homemade pickles on a fresh bun. One side of the chicken had a bit of char on it but he was trying to do it all. The patty melt. Man this thing was good. Texas toast with perfectly sweated onions (and not too many). The spicy fried chicken sandwich with jalapeño aioli. The proprietor is proud of this sandwich. And he should be. It is a delicious and well-balanced product. Both the fries and the tots were great. The tots are unique and worth trying. Perhaps the coolest of all was the fact that, despite being alone, he took time to brew fresh iced tea for my buddy. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. This place is a winner!

The restaurant is on the second floor of the fitness center. You can access the elevator through the front entrance of the store. Saw all the great reviews of this place and really wanted to eat here. I decided to visit while I flew over to see a friend. We tried to come by twice and on both occasions, the restaurant was closed!.. No notice nor mention online. First time (Wednesday) the sign said they were out for catering. The second time (Saturday) the refrigerator was not working. What luck?.. Really wanted to try out the food :( Please update social media if your store is closed early or for the day!

Nice local tasty dishes. I had a beef, cabbage and noodle dish which I helped to assemble. Just the right spice and full of flavors. First time I’ve used medal chop sticks - I need more practice, I had to use the spoon to get every last drop.I finished it off with a mocha banana smoothly for the road. It’s slow sipping because I am so full. Great place!

Five. Stars. Worth the trek searching through a gym to find this hidden diamond. Every ingredient of every dish is given respect and consideration of how it adds to the meal. The menu is seasonal and displays extraordinary creativity and culinary knowledge by the sole man responsible for running this bistro. Don't skip an opportunity to bring someone you want to impress to this spot, and have a warm, friendly chat with Oscar.

Randomly ordered the BIRRIA RAMEN. That sh*t was BUSSIN. Hella tasty, highly recommend.

An adventurous dining experience in the most unusual location, the second-floor commercial zone of a gym building. Most of the dishes delighted in unexpected ways. I didn't like frog legs before trying them here. They were very tender and cooked in a white wine sauce, which neutralized the typically fishy flavor. Paired with pickled cauliflower and radish salad, this was a refreshing appetizer. The oxtail soup, which was the special of the season, became an instant highlight. Rich and savory, yet non-greasy, it's a wonder how this was available at a fraction of what the casinos usually charge for this dish. There were two birria dishes on the menu, and I selected the birria birote. What I received was a sub sandwich packed full of slow-cooked beef that excited my taste buds with every bite. After dipping the sandwich in the included consomme (a broth-based soup), every part of the dish became drenched in meaty goodness. The pickled vegetables nicely rounded out the dish. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich and fried raviolis were also tasty, though more conventional. The owner was extraordinarily friendly, and I hope he continues to inspire with creative dishes for years to come.

I truly rely on Yelp reviews to guide me in an unknown area and this place ranked 5 stars and was well deserved! This is a one man operation in a space inside a gym! So we were very hesitant but I promised my family that the reviews raved about the food and everything we got didn't disappoint! We got the scotch eggs, very difficult to prepare and master and I wish we didn't share the order amongst the 4 of us....the fried ravioli were a delicious treat, not greasy at all. The oxtails soup was the special and was very tasty. Got the j*** chicken sandwich- succulent white meat breast seasoned well, the friend chicken salad, fresh and delicious and the Birria and hidden melt- everything was on point. Nothing was salty or made us feel bloated after eating. Would highly recommend and would go back again if we come back this way...
