High Mark Distillery & Barrel House

Just took part in their Whiskey Barreling Experience! Felicia and her staff were incredible! We got to learn about the history of the distillery and about her history in the industry. Her passion for her craft made every minute an absolute joy. The cocktails were wonderful and the samples throughout the class were so carefully planned to make sure we understood how each ingredient affects the flavor.

The process of creating our own recipe and getting it into the barrel was absurdly easy with their coaching! Can't wait to taste what we've created! This exceeded all of our expectations and the scheduling was simple and convenient!

High praise for High Mark Distillery! Thanks for supporting Nevada and our farmers. I had a fantastic evening and it will be a new place to bring friends and family!

OMG, This was the best evening with friends. Learned so much about bourbon and how to make it....legally!!! and can't wait to taste our barrel we made....in a year...may have to come by for a cocktail and visit it

All the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! They welcomed any and all questions and let us take our time! We got to drink too so that’s always a plus! The photo is from us waxing out filled barrel. Daniel was our barrel host who in detail explained each step while we filled.

My buddy‘s girlfriend for Father’s Day bought him a small barrel of whiskey and the whole tasting experience. We came out to Highmark fantastic time Greek people super knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Recommend this for anybody coming out and looking to expand their experiences.
