Was invited by one of my clients to a burbon tasting at High Mark Distillery, what an amazing experience! Looking forward to planning more events with Felicia. Her capitaving stories and educational componets were great. Paced well and I can come away with a great appreciation for burbon!
Came for the tiny tomatoes on the charcuterie board stayed for the Rye.
All the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! They welcomed any and all questions and let us take our time! We got to drink too so that’s always a plus! The photo is from us waxing out filled barrel. Daniel was our barrel host who in detail explained each step while we filled.
My buddy‘s girlfriend for Father’s Day bought him a small barrel of whiskey and the whole tasting experience. We came out to Highmark fantastic time Greek people super knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Recommend this for anybody coming out and looking to expand their experiences.

What an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Felicia, the owner and master distiller, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about her craft. Her energy made our tasting and class experience one of a kind.

We were lucky enough to grab a spot at the juniper gin making class and it was excellent. Lots of history and stories behind the making of these cocktails and they told them all.
Highly recommend hitting a class. Great snacking food to go with the drink. Superb 2 hours spent
