Excellent all around. We were with a party. This was my husband's first sushi experience. Our waitress got him a fork and was careful to explain all the rolls to him as they came out. Overall good time!
We enjoyed our visit very much. My wife and I were staying in Midtown for the balloon races, and asked around for a good casual sushi spot for an early dinner. Hinoke was recommended, and the reviews looked good. It wasn’t very busy at 5, but filled up more while we ate. We sat at the sushi bar, all of the fish looked fresh and appetizing. We weren’t interested in the all-you-can-eat option, but a couple down the bar was ordering big. We ordered two rolls, hamachi nigiri...
My mom and I came here during opening hour and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. It was a pleasure being served by our waitress Coral, she was quick to care for our needs and very polite. Food is of excellent quality, no surprise because the cooks are some of the best in the whole area. I will be coming here again sometime in the near future!
