The three stars is because no one came to ask if our food was okay or if we needed a refill on our drink. The restaurant itself is huge. It's a big menu. That's nice that there are a lot of options. Sign says it's opened until 3am!

Update: chow mein hasnt been as good as it was the first time. Their sushi doesn't seem fresh, I've given it a few tries (3 different occasions) and decided I will no longer eat sushi here. We ordered a few rolls to go and they had all the same fillings, when the menu specified differently. The pho was good though.

If I could this this place 0 stars for their pho, I would. Absolutely the worst pho in America. No flavor whatsoever. Hot water is your broth here. This is NOT pho. Smelly old eggrolls Instant milk tea is served here. This place is offensively bad.

Food was good. We ordered a lot of food because we wanted to try out their dishes.. Might or might not come back to try out other dishes but upset because we asked if we can order Boba. We were told no because it's only for take out but I've seen a few customers having bobas at their tables. I'm so confused...

Would not recommend this place. Never been here before so I walked in kinda look around and walk to to count. Unsure if I could just sit down or wait. The girls were all chatty with one another so I just waited. I heard noises coming from the kitchen. It was a young girl in the back was saying hello which I couldn’t hear. As I thought the people at the counter would be the ones to great. She then started screaming hello hello hello, hello and laughing. I guess because I couldn’t hear her or thought she was talking to me as there where 4 employees standing in front of her. She then started laughing saying stuff and mocking. The young couple next to me said how rude. She started screaming it over and over, laughing even after I was seating. For a good five minutes. Very strange. Very poor service and very immature. Not very educated to treat your customers like this. I had sushi definitely not something I’d ever come back for. The other food tho did look good. Please ask your young girl employees to conduct themselves like adult and not insult people. Also I speak Spanish so them talking about people in another language.

They have Boba , I forgot to take a picture. Shanghai rolls, peking Duck is great here as well. I ordered delivery ? since I’m not that close to this area. They are open pretty late as well. So it’s nice change up if your tired of always going to the casino ? for late night snack/dinner. The Wonton soup ? is really good ? it comes with noodles on the side. The Taro Bun is so yummy ?. Also got a fried Sushi ? Roll. If you do not like sushi ?, Try the Fried Rolls first and start to expand your taste ? buds. I am going to add more pictures later.

This is a unique concept with two different food areas (sushi on one side and regular dining on the other) and lots of different dishes to choose from. The service is good but not great, just like the food. The prices are reasonable, especially for the amount of food you get. They should really do something about the flourescent lighting because it's old, half the bulbs are out, and there are stains on the ceiling tiles. It's as if nobody looked up at the ceiling for the past 20 years.
This place is HIGHLY recommend for Pho, Sushi, Boba smoothies. I live right around the corner and go once a week.

There is a lot of variety on the menu, but the food was very bland and barely had any flavor. The service was nonexistent. The food didn't seem fresh and it came out lukewarm. I wish the quality was better. Save your money and go to other places in town.

We literally sat down & just received our water when a server came to us & asked if we knew what we wanted to eat; SERIOUSLY!? Hadn’t even picked up the menus yet - sheesh! Food was meh, used way too much diced celery in our dishes, & over sauced to be honest. Only positive is that the prices are reasonable. There are much better options in Reno.
