My husband found Ice Age Meals when we were looking for a meal service after our 3rd child was born. We wanted to make sure I had some good meals to eat postpartum. It saved me during the first few months, I was eating so well and it was so easy to take the food, pop it in a glass dish and heat in the microwave. They are also very tasty and well balanced for healing mamas that also are breastfeeding. Now that I am going back to work, I am about to place another order for quick lunches while working.
Some of my favorite dishes that are super flavorful are: 1. Butternut Squash Lasagna with Grass-Fed Beef 2. Lemon Pepper Chicken With Cilantro Lime Rice 3. Pork Carnitas with Yams

I ordered my meals on Saturday and got them on Monday, was shocked at the speed I got them. I have tried quite a few meal prep services, this is by far the best I have tried. Good portion sizes and excellent quality and flavor. I had the opportunity to meet the owns as well and was very impressed with him and his family business. I recommend 100% and will continue to be a customer.

Delicious, healthy, fresh & high quality meals! They are definitely something I would cook at home. I love the time saving not having to travel to the grocery store, look for recipes & cook. I can’t tell you how much money we are saving by not throwing away the food that expired, we forgot about or just got bored with. Yes, Ice Age Meals may seem costly to some but we are saving money because of all the above. I run a small business & have 4 kids including a toddler. This service is a life saver for our family! My kids love the meals as well. They are generously portioned so 1 meal is enough for 2 pre-teen kids. All macros are listed on each box so the meals are perfect for training athletes/bodybuilders (like my husband).

upon arrival, they looked as though they had been refrozen.. and the food was terrible. My husband will eat most anything.. but he told me not to ever ever ever get that again.

I was originally introduced to Ice Age through Steph Chung! She’s an amazing coach and athlete at Invictus Boston but also a PA student, how cool! She shared her code, I gave the meals a try and haven’t stopped ordering since! They are perfect for night shift at the hospital so I don’t have to cook pre-shift. The meat/protein is unmatched and my coworkers always ask what I’m eating once I’ve heated up my meal in the microwave. highly recommend!

Plus, their customer service is awesome. I had a few meals burst in shipment once and when I reported it to them they shipped me out twice as many meals as a replacement absolutely free.
