The restaurant looks modern/updated and it’s clean. That’s where the nice part ends. The food is absolutely flavorless, the dipping sauces were absent of flavor, the fried rice was wet and undercooked. The chef was below average, no knife or flipping skills ,and he repeated the same words and quips throughout the dinner. It was like four phrases on loop for one hour. Miserable.

We went last night for dinner and had such a great experience. Rafael was such a fun chef, and everything he made was really good. Our waitress, Brielle, was on top of things. Everyone at our table was really happy with the experience, and their food.

I’m sad that we chose this place to celebrate our 3rd anniversary! We had the worst experience possible due to a manager names Shannon. She was rude, demeaning and certainly disrespectful. I will never suggest going to a place where management is so rude and inconsiderate. I would suggest also taking raid with you bc they have ROACHES

Really enjoyed the meal!

The food was good. The atmosphere was good. Price was fair. Huge problem as the food was arriving a roach crawled across the table from the grill. I was able to protect my wife and lady beside. After termination of the roach I went to see the manager. Told him what happened, he shrugged and said he would tell the maintenance people from the El Dorado. For the price of dinner and drinks was crap.

Updating last review, which was 5 stars.

Big disappointment on this visit. I don't know if some of these issues are due to new management but I won't be back to find out.

We come here 10 -12 x / year for birthdays and this will be our last for my immediate family of 4 and hopefully the same for our dinner mates.

Now they rush you to sit and tell you that you must order within 15 minutes of sitting. Not the worst thing ever but customer service was a 0. It only got worse. This server rushed us through dinner. Some items were missing, including most notably, someone's scallops. She then tells us it will take too long to add that to the order. First off, we aren't adding it to the order - you would be correcting a mistake that you acknowledged.

Then I guess that same server made mistakes who wanted what and how each person wanted their meet cooked. This isn't the worst thing bc it can get sorted out at the table. But the point is, all that rushing is wasting time in the end because you sacrifice accuracy.

The we end with dessert that was the same comedy of errors. Two birthdays at the table and each of them got ice cream entirely different from what they had asked for - and no, the dishes weren't simply swapped.

What an absolute mess. This is cutting corners at its finest.

Duncan and Danica helped us. Both were awesome. Great experience.

What you would expect from a quality Hibachi offering

Definitely not one of the better hibachi places I’ve been to. The biggest downside was their filet mignon. It was really bad. I chewed each piece for several minutes to try and get it down. Left over half of it on the plate. Horrible meat quality in general and for the price it’s an absolute embarrassment. I’ve had better steak at Outback by a long shot.
I dislike their format of getting everything. I don’t want an appetizer or miso soup or an ice cream and surely shouldn’t have to pay $5 extra for fried rice. They just pad crap on to get their ticket up.
Overall for the price it’s awful.

Horrible service, horrible chef (heavy set white male) overcooked shrimp until hard, allowed filet mignon to touch raw chicken, did not wear gloves, burnt grill, those who ordered steam rice were forgotten and waited while others ate their fried rice, March 29, 2025, Manager made us pay $139. For food we had to throw away in fear of salmonella! Don't waste your money here!

First off, let me mention the atmosphere was awesome, The waitresses were amazing, But
dinner was terrible and I love teppanyaki . Our chef was beyond annoying. There's only so many bad dad jokes you can take in one sitting. The food really needed a flavor boost. We ended up having to ask for salt and pepper for the steak which was by far the best part of the meal. The veggies, usually my favorite, we're under cook and taisted like the only seasoning that was used was Sesame seeds, I poured all my sauces on my plate to try and get some flavor. And I splurged on Lobster and I totally regret it. It should have been something special and it tastes like lemon
and fish
