Ichiban Japanese Steak House

Customer service was good but the food kinda sucked. I had the Imperial the steak was raw ,the lobster and shrimp was over cooked, the chicken! How do you screw up chicken! Oh the chef burnt the eggs for the Fried rice,that's a taste you don't want in your mouth . Lol

Excellent food as always. Great show, great atmosphere and great food. You can't go wrong here. Make sure you get the fried rice.

I don't believe they are serving filet mignon my meat was chewy and not medium rare how I ordered it and something in the fried rice taste spoiled

Food is decent, chefs are amazing. The atmosphere is great, and the cooks are talented. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. The manager lady is more worried about herself than the customer experience. Rather than fixing a discontented customer situation, she’d rather protect herself than be accommodating.

WORST PLACE EVER!!
Chef, awesome 😎. Service abominable!! I ordered an imperial.
When the rice was getting fried/served, they ran out. We got served the rice later, however it wasn't the same.
I went to file a standard complaint.
Manager lady, (wouldn't tell me her name) became very defensive. No apology, no desire to remedy the situation.
She proceeded to tell me, I was wrong for complaining?? 😖
U became frustrated because there was no desire to fix the issue.... instead she called the security and said I was refusing to pay the bill!!

WHAT!! How did this turn into a situation like this!? I asked why she was being so defensive, and she said I was being hostile 😮!!

SHE CALLED SECURITY ON ME AND HAD ME KICKED OUT!!!

Most unreasonable response I've ever encountered! I've had better service at Denny's!

Worst situation is my folks visiting from out of town had to witness this debacle, and I ended up getting the bad wrap. .....plus they still had to pay for the bad meal I didn't get to finish!!

The restaurant looks modern/updated and it’s clean. That’s where the nice part ends. The food is absolutely flavorless, the dipping sauces were absent of flavor, the fried rice was wet and undercooked. The chef was below average, no knife or flipping skills ,and he repeated the same words and quips throughout the dinner. It was like four phrases on loop for one hour. Miserable.

We went last night for dinner and had such a great experience. Rafael was such a fun chef, and everything he made was really good. Our waitress, Brielle, was on top of things. Everyone at our table was really happy with the experience, and their food.
